Eric dropped 250K into the first Isom comic before crowd funding, he had money. I'm glad other people see the goofy stuff that's happening on the "independent" comics side of things
He coulda kept it classy, a tuxedo jersey or even a clip-on tie would have been better than that.
This is interesting. You almost won me over with your "fair criticism of Eric's comics" video, then i see you mocking Eric b/c he didnt show up to a wedding in a suit.

I REALLY hope more people start to look into Eric July. He’ll go from lolcalf to full blown lolcow. This whole dumpster fire has been so entertaining.
I read his comic and it was average. Not good, not bad, just ok with room for improvement. Unfortunately, it likely won’t get better because the man simply cannot handle criticism, and if it does improve it will be the result of other people who are talented translating his ideas into something good. If the story was Sonichu and Lightbringer level bad like a lot of his “detractors” (who does the man think he is DSP?🤣) I’d HAPPPILY give him money to see the dumpster fire continue (fortunately, I found a free pdf). It’s also not a masterpiece like a lot of the grifters like to portray it as. Were it not for this spergy culture war (both sides are equally regarded) nobody would even care about the book because it’s so inoffensive and forgettable.
It will be entertaining to see where this road takes us.
