Decent this. Miss the Satdy nights at the Drome, up in the top bar at the back. All the space cadets in the chill out room. Looking at each other as if we all had three heads
Haha use to stand up there myself just behind the rail where it stepped down onto the downfloor by the little bar . Had some boss nights in there.from early 90s with dave graham to the legend dj trix. We didnt realise how good a dj he really was at the time .better than most of the so called guest dj's .
Trix made me want to be a Dj I love scratching I was 14 when I heard the "Africa" tape, I was 15 when I went the drome and I based my whole style on those nights and tapes. My friend, you have his scratching technic and style down to a T.
@@DjCraigDalzell I had never heard of DJ Tizer so I RUclipsd him and he is a shit hot DJ (the boy can scratch , mix, and pick choons ) I wish i had come across a few tapes of him when I went into happy hardcore. Trance wasn't for me! Where is he from? What tapes would you recommend?

@@DjCraigDalzell #23;17 I wonder if you can help me? I have been searching for this song since I was 14 (93) I know this wasn't a live mix so it had to be a white-label?
Fuck me this mix is inch perfect to the original mix done by Trix that mad May night. All the wee shimmys with the cross fader, in & out of different songs are all in this, fucking hell even the scrathing is seemless to the original. NOW, CRAIG YOU HAVE TO DO THE CARL COX MIX OF THAT NIGHT to complete the full set, that would be fucking outstanding especially not having Alan Simpson shouting his bloody head off. lol Keep her lit Craigy boy
jam rockergc Lolol... I’d listened to Trix’s mix so many times over the years I just had to redo it as it’s 1 of my fave sets from back in the day for sure 👌🏻 Redoing Cox’s set could be a project for another time defo
@@DjCraigDalzellThanks for the reply. Im the same mate, listened to it so many times, i was scratching and shimmying the cross fader in my head as I remembered it, while listening to your mix and thought, Fuck me this is like back in the day mixing only with HD sound quality rather than TDK90min shit. lol showing my age. It might be alot harder to get the full tracklist of the Carl cox set, Fuck knows ive tried, but theres one song he plays at near the start of his set with Alan Simpson shouting over it and he brings in T.H.K Feel so good after it.
