This song is supposed to be jarring and knock you from wall to wall. Watch the video with subtitles and you will see why.

I think many people were very enthralled by this song ..... tbh most of us r listening to the song as a whole rather than trying to count the "feels" , read the lyrics u will get why its so erratic then ☺️

My fave Bloodywood song, the music fits the lyrics and message perfectly. Its unsettling on purpose and cleverly done. I personally loved it from first listen. The representation of Kali in this is a visually perfect choice for the subject matter too. Thanks for your honest reaction and for always being respectful👍 Please keep doing more Bloodywood. Yes, they are a little different in composition to western artists and to asian copycats of western music but thats what great about them🤘🔥🖤

Thanks for the review. I know that you (like me) don’t really take in the lyrics on a first listen. This song is a protest against rape and rape culture. This is a song I admire because of its lyrics, and the music is angry and jarring to reflect it. It’s interesting to compare reaction videos that turn on the lyrics (CCs) with those who don’t. Often those who do the lyrics love the song right off. The others tend to be like “cool song” but that’s it.
That said, I don’t watch your channel for the lyrical analysis, and I think it’s a fine review - makes sense to me. :)

When I first listened to them I thought they were a gimmick. But they've grown on me as a band and as people. Their song yaad is my current fave. I really hope these guys get huge.

This is one of those songs where the lyrical content is at least as important as the music if not more so. As mentioned in several comments already, the music matches the lyrical content. Bloodywood normally has subtitles in their videos even if you have them turned off. I can only assume they did not with this one due to the subject matter because there are some folks who are offended by just saying "g"rape, even when the context is completely against "g"rape. The subtitles are good here (and in english), you just have to turn them on. The title means "Bring the beatdown" in english.

I get it. But in this song the intention is mood. And the mood is rage, pain, fear. The first time I heard it I was literally in shock, then I listened to it about 3 more times. The first time I was just "Holy Crap!" Its one of heaviest songs I've heard, and I listen to doom metal. Its not meant to be "enjoyed" exactly. Its an angry song driven by an outraged message. Do I like it? Yes. Do I enjoy it, as a metal fan? No it makes me feel bad things. Its supposed to. It works. Its just not going to sell with some people because its so extreme. So all your points are valid.

    I completely agree.
This is probably their most overrated track. They tried to do too much with the song.
The only reason why people blindly worship this song is because of the message. That doesn't necessarily mean it is their best track.
Aaj, Gaddar and Machi Bhasad are still my top 3 Bloodywood songs.
