Cutter is one of the many halo characters I respect. He fought the Banished with a single ship, a few Spartans and a small crew, he fought knowing the high chances of losing. Fuck in this trailer, he stared down atriox without a flinch and walked through a battlefield without a blink.
Cutter is a real beast, and an MVP.
I think him and Atriox walking through the battlefield was not to be taken literally.

And then in Halo Infinite Atriox comes out of freakin nowhere and destroys mankind’s best chance at survival and almost kills Masterchief and we still don’t have any closure on Captain Cutter and the Spirit of Fire….

The song just makes me feel so sad for the Spirit of Fire crew. So many people lost, lightyears from home and they still press on. Really hope they get tied into Halo Infinite and they finally get to go home.
It reminds me of the lementers of 40k they always get the short end of the stick and are branded as cursed by the rest of the imperium yet they still fight and die for the imperium.
Not to mention their 30 years out of their time. Their families, friends and loved ones are all likely dead or moved on.
Imagine having a kid just being born when you first shipped out, and when you return home you find out your kid is now the same age as you were when you first left home, and now your both the same age.

Saddest part Is according to the lore they don't have a home to go to depending on how bad Cortana beat Earth which we know she did It was stated in logs and lore but we don't know how bad the extent of the USC's loss to her was on earth

ODSTs deserve so much more respect than they get. Spartans are genetically engineered, ODSTs consist of pure training and willpower. Dropping behind enemy lines in metal pods knowing their survival chances are slim, with nobody else to come help them. Not to mention of visually stunning they are, from their armor to simply how they enter battle feels so outter-worldly. Truly love these guys, hope to see more of them in the future.
Yea but that doesn't make all Spartans badass , the only sparten who's a sparten 3 who we love in noble 6. The rest of them are like odst

@@crittomato7043 im pretty sure spartan 3s the are the most genetically engineered ones, spartan 4s are a lot weaker than them. but i might be super wrong and someone will come correct me sooner then later lol
@@zerochilling0442 Idk much about how much "how much engineering" they got, but Jorge and Master Chief are Spartan II and I don't think they are like ODST. And Johnsson was in Orion program which was Spartan I or something like that.
@@zerochilling0442 Also Spartan 4 are adults who got some engineering while spartan II were kidnapped and Spartan III were adults as well, but also they weren't so lucky in the end. They were kinda like suicide squad, since not many Spartan III survived

The Sprit of fire has a well deserved name. They all had very outdated weapons for the time and they were up against an enemy which had more advance tech than the COVENANT respect :)

This is beautiful. Especially since being completely hooked on halo my whole life, this is beautiful. The story of the Spirit of Fire is moving, they cant retreat, the wont run, theyre all they have. Theyre the immovable object that met Atriox's unstoppable force.

When you see those 2 captains looing at each other. At one hand thay are rivals but at same time brothers. They are looking at each other and thinking this is what we have been doing trought live. Both of them has stroy behind them. But the is also everbody else. Every solider is someone's son/daughter. And music in backround makes you think baout that very deep.
