Mate, we should all unsubscribe, this fella has something against Argyle, if you check the well known Predictors, Matt and his sister, Benjamin Bloom etc; they have all changed their minds on Argyle after the current run, we've beaten 2 of the top sides, 1 of the Premiership droppers and have played well in the games we have lost that is NOT 24th material... Unsubscribe...
I half expected this video to be sponsored by Exeter Fc the way the green army is the lowest finisher in Ryan's predictions. I vote that if plymouth stay up ryan eats his shirt he is wearing today. The only concern I have for argyle is will they be able to buy and keep players on loan. Some of them are brilliant 👏
I think Plymouth ARE worse than Cardiff . Cardiff sort out the manager position and The Bluebirds WILL finish lower mid table. Last three games without Bulet has seen a huge improvement. Darland is back from injury too.
Dilks is just a hater! Your opinion means nothing to argyle fans! Dilks is a Ipswich fan boy! You rating argyle 24th shows your lack of understanding! Ya goof 💚
Love you Ryan 😂, as do other Argyle fans I'm sure. Don't worry, we've been hearing this since League one, which 'we couldn't possibly win and would fall away because of limited squad...blah, blah blah'. Much prefer you putting us 24th than mid-table but be prepared for us to remind you of this prediction throughout the season 😂.
Used to like you guys but your anti Rooney bias now really showing - if you have watched the last 5 performances you couldn’t possibly think Plymouth will be 24th - ask the fans of opponents. You will have egg on your face on this one.
Predictions are pretty solid! I do think you've undersold Plymouth, I'm not convinced totally on Rooney yet either but I can't say they've not shown enough to survive at the very least. I agree with the top 7 but my gut wouldn't have Norwich in the top 2 just yet. This league is mad there's going to be a lot more twists and turns. Mid table is what it is, as a Wednesday fan I'd be very happy with top half. Let's see. Top marks for the Inter shirt.
I think West Brom will struggle to finish 6th and 7th. Let's see though, nothing is impossible. Sunderland best team Leeds have played this season by a decent distance, that's including away games at Norwich and West Brom and home games against Burnley and Coventry. Leeds maybe yet to fire, but have been incredibly unlucky with some of the points dropped. Meslier at Sunderland and Solomon slipping for the Burnley winner has cost us a minimum of 3 extra points. I think Sheffield United, Leeds, Sunderland and Burnley to challenge for the top 2 spots.
You’re the best team we (Sunderland) have faced by quite some distance too it has to be said. I still doubt we will get automatics as I need to see if we’ll be consistent or not but I still see some fans underestimate the quality within our team. Mundle, Roberts, Rigg, Bellingham, Neil, Mepham, Hume, Cirkin, O’Nein etc and that’s just off the top of my head. Of course we could fall out of them altogether but I’d be annoyed not to get playoffs at the very least. And I feel we’re more than good enough to as well. Leeds will still win the league for me.
Credit for not being guilty of recency bias, but I think you’ve taken that a bit too far. Both Plymouth & Oxford to go down? Both QPR & Hull to finish above Watford? What odds would you take on a bet that neither of those come to pass??
Great work! 100 people could do this and I genuinely thing you would get 100 different answers - all in all why we love the championship! Love that you think Norwich will finish 2nd I'm blindly optimistic but not to that extent. Be happy with play offs and a chance to do it right this time around!
Happy Oxford tipped to go down. Every time we meet a team with the mentality we should beat teams like Oxford is the best way for us to try and stay up. As we got through in the play-offs, have the smallest budget, shittiest ground then we must be going down, COYY!
As you can see by this pundits' predictions, it's Argyle who many dislike and get picked on, sorry to see him doing the same to you guys when you are clearly doing well so far! Let's hope we both destroy his predictions come the end of the season!
@@UnexpectedJourney59EngAlso an Argyle fan but let me just come to Ryan's defence... It's not the same to see your team week in week out and see the dynamic evolving as it is to, at best, catch the highlights and read the press, which is all that can be expected if you're trying to follow 24 teams (or probably more!). Ryan, like other neutrals is obviously influenced by the expectations of teams coming into the season, which are difficult to shake off, and in the case of Argyle, by Rooney's disastrous spell at Birmingham. We've seen the change and the potential, but that's because we follow every game closely. Ryan and other neutrals don't have that insight and so logically will need more convincing. Time will tell!
@adcollesp thing is though mate is he's predicting Pompey to stay up because he feels they'll turn a corner (which is fair enough given fixtures). We've played 3 of the top 4, having beaten 1 of them and playing some nice stuff and he's tipping us to go down based off Whittaker and Cissoko breaking their legs and that we'll create less and let the opposition score more. He's gone worst case scenario for us and best case for other clubs
@adcollesp yeah you're probably right, begs the question why bother with updating your predictions now if you're basing most things off prior to August
I see the concerns about Watford's squad depth elsewhere too. I personally don't share them. There's depth and flexibility in the squad so, whilst I do think the current league table is flattering, I really don't see us dropping as low as 16th.
Same .... if we had beaten Luton and Blackburn by 3 or 4 it would not have been out of place , also apart from Wednesday away we've been in every game.....11pts after 9 games ... better football and more points than shuey at the same point .... little old argyle again , Cardiff shocking , Portsmouth shocking , Luton shocking
Because he clearly doesn't like either Argyle or Rooney, or both! apart from our first game we've been on a par with the best in this league! 24th?!!! Pfffffffffff!
Can't understand the logic of the man!!! Proved in the last few matches that we can compete with the fancied teams and we're still a work in progress. COYG
Talking about Portsmouths hard start but then hypocritically talk about how Derbys away form is why they’ll struggle. Derby have played 4 away games against the 4 best home teams in the league statistically.
Blade here, I agree with what you said, but they have been busy gelling as it is a new team. I think one of these days we will batter somebody. We have the talent in the team to challenge for top two, whether we will make it is in the lap of the gods.
Wish I had such bold optimism. Obviously squad management is they key. Maybe if we get a proven striker in January. Its the depth and i dont know if Sergeant has an injury free season in him. Definitely looking promising though. With this team capable of playing the best football out of any team in the league. So thats a bonus. The new managers got summit about him so its definitely promosing. OTBC. Bless
Love it Oxford here… thank you for continuing to underestimate Oxford United despite proof being provided that we can be competitive!! When will you guys learn probably never, hopefully!!!
Hahahahha😂 you’ve got no clue only people that have actually watched argyle know how good we are, now I know it’s not actually about who you think will go down but who you want to go down
Nobody can see past Leeds and yet they are a bang average Championship side, it's that the word 'Leeds' is more synonymous with the Prem that has them with all this kudos.
Preston definitely improving under Hecky, and the football is seriously much more positive than it was under Ryan Lowe and confidence is getting better every game, so probably Preston will finish in 10th as usual.
Lots of bold predictions like Norwich and Burnley. Yes, the latter seem a bit flat now but I still think that they'll at least get top 4 'cause they're very solid. At the bottom I'm concerned about Pompey as they lack experience at this level, and it shows. Plus they need at least one proven Championship striker, which they now won't have until January.
I think Plymouth will finish higher than you’ve predicted and have played some good football and are quite tough to play at home especially, Sunderland will finish above Norwich for me- I think Boro Sunderland, Leeds, Sheff United and Burnley top 5 fighting for the two automatic places and will be close finish
Hi Ryan - good comments but flashing graphics were awful - they add minus 7 to the video. Please discontinue them otherwise I'll have to unsubscribe - I had to scroll the video up to see less of them.
Your analysis is completely off the mark for Argyle. Rooney has taken time to implement his ideas, as youd expect. Hes got the team playing the best football Ive seen in years. Early days, if we can keep the consistency at home, we can fear no-one. Providing we can add a couple of players in January, and keep our stars until the end of the season, weve got enough to be challenging for mid table early days
Your agenda against argyle and rooney is hilarious 😂 We only played poorly in the first game and have been in every match since then and been playing some really nice stuff. A lot of fans from other teams have praised the way we played against them including ones who’ve beaten us. You wouldn’t know that as you clearly don’t watch any of our games and base your opinions off xG and misleading stats 😂 Every time we do win you’ve said we’ve been lucky. To still predict we’re going to be bottom just proves this agenda you have against us and Rooney
Norwich lack the quality of squad depth to make the top two. Sargeant is injury prone and won’t last the full season. They have no striker goals without him. They’re also light in impact options off the bench / to provide competition or cover in other positions. Shef U and Burnley have deeper squads. Norwich would need January improvement to have a chance at top two
Very strange first prediction of us in 24th, I was a subscriber, unsubscribing now, we 'were' favourites to go down by the bookies, pundits etc; we aren't now!
😂😂😂😂 Sunderland will be ahead of Norwich, but that's ok you never get much right. Sunderland have three or four quality players we haven't even used yet. Of course you pick Leeds even tho they're flat and don't have the best defense.
Are you okay, Ryan? I have a feeling you go by reactions rather than watching the games. I watched close to every game last weekend, and your evaluation of some is miles off. You really need a check-up from the neck up. How people listen to you is beyond me.
Brenden Galloway has played well for Plymouth in the defense but others are not up to par. Also Hazard is injured; going down. Oxford wont go down bc their attack creates so much. Derby the same but instead the defense is their saving grace. Blades win the league and the next 5 positions are too close to call.
Galloway has barely featured in last few games. Gibson/Szucs not up to par ???? Grimshaw has been a distinct upgrade on the injured Hazard. Take it you haven't seen the last 3 or 4 games
Fuck me you’re such a dreamer, Plymouth seem to be doing great. I sense you’ve got it out for them and their manager 😂😂
Not good to watch to much flashing graphics, Really bad on the eyes.
Yh a bit of over editing what would be better is changing and when changing picture using some sound effects
Getting on my tits tbh , giving me a headache
You could have an epileptic fit watching these graphics! 😂
Argyle fourth in the form table on the back of a run of hard fixtures... but we're worse than Cardiff?! No chance!

Laughable. Have you seen Argyle play, other than the Wednesday catastrophe? We are fourth in the five match form table. 15th or 16th for me.

Argyle will be down there as the squad just isn't big enough - but I don't see them bottom. I think their home form should see them safe.
