Definitely was Kunigami the "Hero". I'm really looking forward to the next season. It's just such a good series. I love Bachira! He's best boi. Isagi has definitely gone up in badassness though.
This animation, this direction and this final soundtrack is what represents the blue lock manga in its essence and of course Isagi's scream when he scored the goal by "luck" was very gratifying. ❤
Insane callback to the “luck” mechanic. Last time, in the 4 on 4, Rin poaches a lucky ball for his goal because Isagi won a moment against Bachira. This time, Rin outduels his brother and it’s Isagi to pick up the lucky loose ball. At both these moments, Rin declares Isagi his rival.
@@rodrigop2198 It's both of them. Like Barou said, they're practically two hearts beating as one. Rin lead the first charge and inspired everyone, then Isagi took the reigns and lead Barou to the goal. Rin made Isagi stronger by giving him faith to attack with, and Isagi made Rin awaken by leading the team when he was unable to.
I only started Blue Lock because of your first reactions. Have rewatched it dozens of time since, so thanks for that :D can’t wait to enjoy S3 with you and everyone here

I think people tend to forget that playing a role that isn’t hyper offensive in blue lock is a thing since the focus is on all strikers, but the reason everyone was so beside himself is because Sae is a Midfielder, someone who specializes in setting up forwards to score goals. Going 1 v 11 is not really what players of that position do and he’s really trying to stick to playing his position and passing to the teams striker. Whether it’s Sendou or Shidou, his looking to set up the open man for a goal. Midfielders CAN be good at scoring goals but that’s not their main focus on the field.
there is no announcement yet when s3 gonna drop, but the NEL arc is about to be finished on the manga, and nel arc is pretty much long might be over 24 episodes as others are saying. I feel like they might still need to cover a couple chapters about the next arc before doing season 3
It was very good to watch your reactions because your enthusiasm with the show is palpable and leaves a good feeling. Well, a manga reaction would be good if you can post.
The thing that makes me laugh the hardest is that after ALL THIS TIME, at the end of episode 13 all the reactions are "You're not alone Rin!" DID YOU ALL FORGET THIS IS BLUE LOCK? 🤮
1. These last two episodes really cemented this series to be up their with the other great sports anime 2. Isagi’s name is pronounced ee-sah-gee, so yeah you’ve unironically been pronouncing wrong (don’t worry I was the same before being corrected by the fandom) 3. The character teased at the end is definitely one to watch, and he plays a major role in season 3
The amount of emotional damage Rin took in this episode will never heal, lol. Having your hero moment stolen from you by your rival and then the big brother who's affection you've been working years to get just said the one person who can make everything better is Isagi, hearts in the chat for Rin.
@@ftu2021 Yeah I felt so bad when he was like "Onii-chan?" at the end of the episode, only to have his soul crushed. GIVE YOUR LITTLE BROTHER SOME LOVE. 😭
Some people think Sae does it to make Rin upset but he's actually really honest and emotionally open with Rin. When he says this country can change you can hear and see this sense of longing in him. They're both very emotionally selfish placing their emotional needs first and foremost so they ultimately fail each other even if it looks one sided from Rin's pov
No, you literally pronounce his name as I-sah-gi and not I-sih-gi. It's just that they pronounce it fast, that you sometimes don't hear the full name correctly and Americans also have a habit of butchering every Japanese name to their liking

@FunnyGD. True. But doesn't justify the rest of the season. What if they do the same shit next season. How many times are we going to let this slide considering the fact it was the best selling manga of 2023?

Isagi said he used luck because that’s how rin beat Isagi last time. Rin beat Isagi with luck last season and this season Isagi used luck to get the last score.
