Then covered with plastic wrap and microwaved in increments of about 1-2 min, and stir until it’s a bit more thick gooey glob. Place on a cutting board in more rice flour and roll out little squares about 1/8 inch thick and fill with homemade whipped cream with fresh fruits and pinch to close form into a ball-ish shape.

It's super delicious! I'm eating it right now since I'm in Japan! I bought this at "ドゥフィアカイ砂漠" and there very good! It's quite expensive though, 1 mochi is $20, and I bought 12 of them but it was worth it! My fave was strawberry with fresh cream!
