    This is my first harvest of cucumbers! These seeds were planted directly in the garden bed on April 28th, sprouted on May 3rd, and now just 6 weeks later I am already harvesting!
    Thanks for watching. Please comment if you have any questions and subscribe to receive more updates as my garden grows.

      I love how the vast majority of the gardening community is believers! I don't think you can find that high of a ratio of believers vs nonbelievers in any other community besides literal religious communities. I feel like it's a sign but not sure of what lol.

    I'm growing these for the first time this year. I've never grown cucumbers before. I want to have so many cucumbers I'm sick of eating them! LOL of course I plan on sharing and canning some.

      This variety have always been very prolific for me. I live near Chattanooga TN. They make great pickles! Pick them in the morning before it gets too hot and pick often and they will keep giving more. When it start to get really hot (90°+) the peel does get a little bitter. If you are using them to make pickles it doesn't matter, but for free hand eating, I usually peel them. Good luck!

    This great! Thank you so much for sharing. How many cucumber plants do you have on one canel panel? Lol or at least it looks like a canel panel.

      So I planted the seeds directly and then pruned some of them out once they sprouted and grew a bit. I would say that there were at least 4 or 5 plants per side of trellis. Thank you so much for watching!

    My cucumber are yellow, dont know what's going on with mys. Please help me

    • @acroweinhergarden5892
      @acroweinhergarden5892  Год назад

      What variety are you growing? Is it the leaves that are turning yellow or the fruit?When the actual cucumber starts turning yellow they are beginning to ripen. You need to pick them before they ripen or they will be too bitter to eat. Pick them often and you will get more as the plant will continue to set more flowers. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions😊
