Belated Happy Birthday young lady🎂🎉, that Snake plant that your husband put out. if you have it inside the house all the time do not water it a lot, maybe only once every two weeks. if you put it out in the sun the leaves will burn. the yellowing color means its drowning. those kind of plant wants to be on the dryer soil. I like your Rubber Plant and ZZ plant❤️
