    What other players in the league miss is not only her knowkedge of the game, but the fact that she thinks like a player and a coach. She can see the play happening on the floor. She sees angles that ither players dont see. She was a soccer player, it realky does make a difference. She sees the court different.

      Exactly, right. A good player always makes other players look better. So, they can score, too.

      Her view of the court is much like Steve Nash (or Wayne Gretzky in hockey). She sees plays develop in her mind before they materialize and reacts accordingly. She anticipates, and passes to where someone else is going, not where they are. She can score as well as facilitate and her special gift makes her a very dynamic offensive threat. Rare talent!

  • @marceybull
    @marceybull 5 месяцев назад +10

    I wish they would have asked about if they are working on plays to address the double teaming/blitzing ... I read CC has been double teamed 130 times so far -- 30 more times than the next player - this was about two week into the season ... Now some of that may be due to their number of games, but it's still a valid thing to consider in game time. Ive also read this is the first time teams have played in the manner of starting D at like 94 feet out on a majority of plays, or something like that . The person gave some good ideas in addressing this.

I’ve said it since game one: anyone who has played team sports should know that this stuff takes time. Sometimes you guys lucky and hit it right away but that’s not normal. It takes time and practice and when you have little time and almost no practice, it’ll take a bit longer. Coach the brutal part of the schedule is over, your team should have it's legs the rest of the season. 3 things I would work on is #1 Shooting, Shooting and Shooting, if you can make open shots, the games will be closer and there will be a reason to get back on defense. Plus if your bench is making shots your starters can get rest! #2 Work on Boston in the post! Boston should be getting 20 points a game! Work on those entry passes, reversing the ball and going back into the post. #3 moving the ball before the double team gets there and attacking down hill! Let's go! Well deserved break!💛💛❤❤💙💙

    Wrong answer to the question of do you want to see a person step up when someone(CC) gets knocked down, and have an enforcer backing her up...? Christie: "Yeah I think we did in the Seattle game...? What? So, lets push and shove back to increase the violence?? You should verbalize the need for the game to get officiated properly and expect he league commissioner to take initiative to curtail $hit like that from happening! DEMAND the league to do what's right! If the commissioner would have suspended Chennedy for that, at least 6 games, THAT would send a message and help crap like that from happening much more than for players to go up to players after fouls and get into fights as enforcers-leave that to the men's NBA.
