Hey all!! I’m now selling some merchandise to help raise money for my transition and I recently released the first edition of the queer resource so feel free to check those out! Links are included below.
First, let’s talk about the merch! I’m selling them through two different sites, both of which will be linked below. There are stickers, pins, and magnets which I’m selling through Redbubble - they’re available with several different LGBTQ+ flag options, although I know I haven’t covered them all so if you notice your flag missing feel free to comment it below and I’ll work on adding them in! And I’m selling shirts, sweaters, and hoodies through Teespring; they’re available with a couple different designs including the channel logo, but I’d be interested in expanding the flag options and designs, so if you have anything you’d like to see feel free to leave a comment below suggesting it!!
I mentioned that I’m saving money for my transition but that’s not the only thing the profits will go towards. My plan is for 80% of the profits to go towards saving for my transition, 10% towards funding the channel, and 10% to LGBTQ+ charities. I’ll leave a link to a google sheet below to show how your money is being divided for whatever product you may chose to get, as I want you all to have full transparency. I know the amount towards charities is low at the moment but I intend to increase that amount as I get closer to my goal for raising for my transition. I’m also going to be putting up a poll here each time there is a significant amount of money to donate and let you all choose from a few charities as well as suggest any you see fit!
I’m really excited about this! I was interested in ways I might be able to raise for my transition and bottom surgery through the channel, but I didn’t want to just ask people to donate as I’m aware of the influence that content creators can have and I don’t ever want that to be used to my advantage. I’m happy about this way as it allows me to give back to you all in the form of merch as well as to give back to the queer community as a whole by donating to charities and organizations. Now let’s talk about the queer resource!! I want to make sure to convey to you that it is in its very beginning stages of development; I have made significant progress on it but it is a time consuming process and between school, work, running this channel, and other responsibilities I don’t have much of that. The resource is a working document, I’ll be working it on my free time and adding and updating information and resources as it develops. I just want you all to be aware that any missing information and resources in the document right now is likely due to that. For instance, there is a section on queer terminology with definitions and resources and answers to certain questions, but I’ve only been able to go through A-terms and that section with 5 definitions took several hours. But, if I’m missing a definition from that or one of the resources I’ve included and checked over conveys a stereotype that I was unaware of or maybe there is information about those terms that does not appear in those resources and is important to show, feel free to let me know!
I want this document to be as accurate as possible and to not convey any kinds of stereotypes or misinformation so your feedback is always welcome. Thank you for your patience as I’ve worked on developing this and I hope you find this resource useful!

The last TikTok made me cry as a trans guy. Knowing that my ancestors know I would have been celebrated in their lifetime makes me ever more motivated to keep going, push boundaries and work to stop the bigotry happening in the United States today, and I implore everyone to do the same. Please, do the right thing.

He has a very good point. I hate that girls should be friends with girls and boys friends with boys. It makes people who are neither or trans not feel like they can fit in and it’s stupid. Why can’t I (a girl) be friends with a boy without people assuming that I like him. Or even be nice to a boy without someone saying oooo do you like him? I’m aroace and I like nobody so I always say ‘you know I’m queer right?’ And watch them squirm because being gay make people uncomfy, which is another stupid thing. People should just be friends with however no matter gender or sexuality.

Me (afab) and my best friend (amab) are both bi, and have been shipped for YEARS. Unrelated, but me and his girlfriend are both genderfluid which is funny. But seriously, I hate how society won’t just let a girl and guy be friends.
@@Simplyabandkid yea I understand, I was shipped throughout all of elementary school into middle school with a boy I was friends with (as a girl). In kindergarten we couldn’t eat lunch in peace together or anything. We stopped hanging out at school in third grade, and I was still shipped with him despite him liking someone else and me not liking anyone. I’m pretty sure I’m aroace anyways, and people still to this day have asked “oh do you like _name_?” Because people spread rumors about me for some reason. Whoops that was kind of a rant sorry

the worst part about that is that some of the kids don't care because they don't know, and once they do know they're usually taught by their parents to hate. it's ridiculous.
children can be very compassionate, but a lot of adults, especially where i live in the bible belt, strive to stifle that.

2:43 IMPORTANT please don’t use this sign it is very offensive. in asl masculine and feminine signs are dedicated to parts on the head. masculine signs are on the top of the head(temple, forehead)and feminine are on the bottom (chin, cheek), by placing a g on the chin it is perpetuating the stereotype that all gay men are inherently feminine!!! an l in the same spot means lesbian which is okay bc it’s in the feminine part of the head. we just finger spell the word gay. please don’t use that sign

@@eliasnarcise7688 i was taught what i said by my asl teacher but im actually wrong. the reason the sign for GAY and LESBIAN are offensive is because they are exactly like the word WRONG in asl with a different hand shape. so basically it’s like you’re saying it’s wrong when you say it. but to answer the question if a sign for a male is placed on the female side it’s derogatory bc it’s invalidating the man’s masculinity, bc LESBIAN is on the woman side it just means that it’s a female thing, not that it’s an inherently feminine thing, yk?
I recently found out I'm pan and this channel actually helped me feel a lot more welcomed. Seeing other people who are also part of the community makes me feel happy and comfortable :) Thank you for these compilations!

Heyyyy, I just want you to know you are *so* valid and *so* loved. Coming out is always so scary and it can be traumatic. Whatever is best for you. But me, as an outed lesbian, can say for sure I was a *lot* better after coming out. But that doesn’t mean it will be the same for you. If you think you should come out thats great! And if you think you should be closeted a little longer that awesome! Do what makes your heart happy.

Hey comrades! I finished 2 of my hardest exams today. I had history and maths, and it was quite stressful, and I still have a headache from them, and they were over 4hrs ago. But they're over now 🎉. Although I still have 3 exams left to do, I'll think about them next week.
My mom got covid a couple of days ago, so the sleepover we planned with a friend over for New Zealand had to be cancelled 😢. She's only over for a month, and I haven't gotten to hang out with her much because of exams and stuff 😔
Also, I asked my dad to buy me something like bracelet hooks so I can make even better bracelets and possibly even necklaces, and I'm really happy 😊. I don't ask for much because we don't have much money to spend on little things like chains for bracelets and also because they just don't normally buy me things. But I was able to work up the courage to ask, and he said he would!

I know as a nonbinary person I am valid but getting to be reminded every now and then that we've been here since the very dawn of humanity is so affirming. The fact that this info is as accessible as one Google search only goes to show that those who stand against us are simply ignorant and do not wish to know or accept the truth that we've always been here, and as long as humanity itself exists, we always will be 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈

Ok, so I litterally created an account to post this comment, hi. About those records of trans people throught history. I followed a history class about medecine, women and gender in the Middle Ages in Europe this semester and we talked about it. And I am not going to bore you, it's just to say we have a lot of records of men living as women and women living as men, including monks ! And when I mean records, I mean medical treaties, compilations of the life of saints (including at least 3 biological women who became monks), books of funny stories and legal texts. So yeah, they existed :)

me and my parents were at a graduation party for my cousin and there was this little boy there who was probably around 4, he had a bowl full of goldfish, skittles, m&m's, and marshmallows. my parents did as parents do and was telling him how that was one hell of a combination, and my mom commented that her favorite flavor of skittles were the red and purple ones. this little boy proceeds to look through his bowl for about a minute and a half and he pulled out one red skittle and one purple skittle and gave it to my mom.
