The people suggesting you have a baby now are wild. You gotta adjust to living together, travel together, get pets together if that’s your thing, figure out who’s going to do the dishes and who will hoover, learn to work as a team before you throw kids into the mix. Cause once you have kids, your time to be alone together goes way down. I did actually meet my husband at 19 but we were both big believers in savoring every stage of our relationship, making sure we were SUPER eager and ready to move on to the next step whatever that was before going ahead. Been together 10 years this fall and we just had our first baby last year. Obviously some people have to move faster cause biology, but I also feel like the older you get, the more quickly you know if a relationship has legs to stand on if you know what I mean. I had no freaking clue at 19 what a healthy relationship looked like or what type of person would compliment me best. I just got super lucky

On the topic of trying to get a tan - please keep to fake tanning only. No tan through typical sunbathing is healthy or good for your skin! Regardless if you have SPF on and still get a tan, you are still damaging your skin.

really normal in british houses (where it rains outdoors for 60% of the year). A pulley system means that you can have the clothes hung up and out of the way to dry instead. They’re great if you’ve got high ceilings ;-)
Not me who fell in love at 19 (now 23), moved in with her SO 8 months later and now we have a beautiful son who’s 1. Myself and my partner are together just over 4 years 🙈 I totally get what you’re saying though. I think if it was any other relationship I’d have wanted to take it as slow as possible. It all just felt right.

I was really fortunate with it - I moved house and the change of environment + uprooting meant I didn’t really notice how much I’d reduced my sugar intake, despite how emotionally and physically impacted I was by it in the years before. Best of luck with it though, sugar is a tough one but it’s definitely possible to have a healthier relationship with it!

Hi! I absolutely adore and am here for your raw honest thoughts about taking your relationship slow. I hundred percent agree that it's best to savor it and not rush it. What a breath of fresh air to hear it from a like-minded individual. I constantly get pressure from friends and family to get married and have babies as soon as possible with my boyfriend who I've been with for five years. Like, five years is still not a long time. oh no! funny that you mention being seen in public. I saw you in a very empty very posh restaurant back in 2019 I think. I really wanted to say hi but then I got the worst case of food poisoning right at dinner and acted very weirdly the entire night. I think about this often.

Dear Lucy, please don't tan! Most cases of skin cancer are caused by overexposure to UV. I'd love to see you using your platform to educate people not only about skincare, but also about skin protection :)

@@MissDr3amdanc3r yes! The notion of a "healthy tan" has been around for so long so that most people think that it actually is healthy (and cool). It requires some research to find that that's actually not true.

@@lucymoon I think that’s a massive cop out to be honest. If you’re being paid by a company to include paid for in content a video (regardless of length) you should disclose it, in the title, in the thumbnail, and also in the content box. When I checked this on Sunday morning, you’ve don’t none of this. It’s a matter of transparency. I also don’t see where the ad is? Just because you’re technically compliant with ASA guidelines, doesn’t mean it’s not shady to sneak in a AD in vlog content, without disclosing it in the title or the thumbnail.
