I bought the silver ones a month or so back right when on the covid stuff went down because I knew I wasnt able to go get a haircut. My fade game is getting tight. Love them. Glad I bought them too because shortly after I had recommended to some friends, now they haven't been in stock for a while.

The only thing I can say is that, these smaller companies don’t even make these clippers they just slapped their name on them / which means they don’t have to pay for RND and everything that goes with that. But I fully understand what you you mean.
I just purchased the set for $40 off Amazon. Thank you ☺️ I'm going to cut my son hair. He has a twist on the top of his head, so he only gets a bald fade. I pay $30 just for his barber to cut the side.
I bought these during quarantine, because they were the only clippers available on Amazon back in March/April. Overall I’m very happy with them. They have a very high quality feel to them, and the included # .5/1/1.5/2 guards feel premium with the metal clipper attachments. I do agree with this review regarding how the machine bogs down after a while with the stock blade. Being a newbie, my self cuts usually takes around 2 hours, and I noticed that after an hour or so it’ll get a little hot and slows down. I like these clippers from Surker so much, that I also bought their T-outliner/trimmers as well (which I believe are a re-skin of the popular Kemei & Buddha trimmers).
I've been cutting for 20yrs, I've used most of the clippers on the lower level, but my son purchase these for me and I am impressed with the motor and feel of these trimmers, their perfect for all styles and the fact that their only under 50$,sometime in the future I'll try a replacement blade but till then I've been impressed fully, they are actually good if your a home barber starting out but I can say for a fact you will be in ALL of these

I bought them (Gold) on your referral and I am very happy I did, These clippers are solidly built, powerful and easy for a novice to manipulate. The only upgrades I will make is a blade/cutter set and premium guards.
I bought a set, actually extremely good for home use. Seen other pros reviewing similar clippers, all seem to like them. For a man who needs it for home use, get them!
I have two cheap clippers. One is Conair and the other is the Andis edge clipper. I need one that has a lever at a good price to make my self cut fade look just that bit better. Definitely buying this one. I dont need a different blade, I'll be happy with this basic one.

Just ordered these today. I liked the 86's, but the selling factor for me was the slimness of the K7's. The finger ridges and the smaller profile is more appealing for me. The silver ones are wider and don't have the finger ridges or gnarling on the back. Just can't justify the ridiculous price of WAHL anymore. 140 for magic clips that are all plastic, no features, and IMO flimsy, is just crazy. I think these Amazon clippers are going to be the next big hitters. I also picked up the new SURKER trimmer you just posted a review of. I will not be price gouged by these big companies. I cut with my magic clips daily but they are NEVER worth $135. Winter 2019 they were $65, then jumped to $80, then $95 and now $140, for an all-plastic, no feature clipper. SMH. At a time when us barbers are out of work and hurting most, they do that shit. Thanks for spending your hard-earned money and all the time doing this research, we are grateful.
@@wun-jiwang9190 Yeh was wondering the same. The silver k9s is slightly more expensive everywhere so by default it should be slightly better but it might just be because it usually comes with 8 attachment combs/blades (vs 6 for the k7s) idk.

It says Wahl guards fit but appears to me the blades of the Surker is slightly larger than Wahl blades. I like this clipper but want to get larger #6, #8 guards that was not included .

How do these compare to the name brands? Like cordless Wahl Seniors or Magic Clips in terms of power, battery and it sounds like the blades aren't as good since you had to change it out.

Im gonna try and flat stone the blade a bit on the ks9 when I get them. Just carnet them too sharp. I'd get these bit silver. But yeah the better brands should do a batter gage. They want the clean look. But could have been a think line on a corner edge. But more do need a battery gauge. Hope mine are nice to use my cheap plug ins wahls but those get hot on the motor after 5 to 7 years. But im glade I found these instead of the 300 dollar wahl set up. At least for now. Hope mine are good. Been cutting my own and friends hair since I was 13. That's 12 years. Not crazy. But excited and love the low cost copper review maybe more mods will come out of. Could one day be able to put my own motor in one.

sorry that I have a silly question but I just bought these and i’m trying to figure out how do you put the oil end on the clippers? do you just put it on the blade? because it has an indicator for the oil and I will let you know when is low. that’s the reason why I’m thinking you have to put it inside somewhere can you please let me know Thank you
Super late to this but I cut hair, I’ve owned all types of clippers. If you buy these on Amazon, buy a premium guard set and buy a magic clip replacement blade and zero gap it, slap on the blade and these go from a good clipper to a great clipper than can rival almost any clipper.
Do you use the Babyliss Pro trimmers? IF so how do you like them. I've used Wahl trimmers and Andis Outliner II for years but I want to see if I can get a closer crisper cut when I'm doing my detail work. Let me me know what you think.

Been needing a haircut but got tired of my corded Wahl trimmer. The cord annoys the hell out of me. Started looking for trimmers to keep my hair looking good cause the barber shops are still closed, and started looking online at pro trimmers. Wanted to get something good. Was looking at a Kemei, but thinking I will probly go with a Surker instead. Was just wondering where I can buy the blade you switched out with the original one. Im not a barber and I dont understand blade sizes, etc. Dont want to end up buying the wrong one. Saw another review on the Surker KS7 and the guy said the same thing about the original blade. I just put in an order and also ordered the Wahl professional blades with it. I also ordered the Andis slimline pro for detailing. Do you think I need new guards or are the ones that come with it good?
Ok so I used these Suker Hair clippers.1st of all I love the way they cut. Real smoothe no lag at all and they are very very quiet. I LOVE the sleek grip far better than the Wahl hair clippers. Dislikes.... They send you a USB cord but no port to plug into wall. I guess they figure everyone has one laying around the house for their cell phones. 2nd.. the guards... not sure if you all had problems putting the guards on but I did😡😡😡 So I just used my Wahl guards and they worked fine. Overall nice clippers for the price $50.00
When the lever is closed, if you tap the lever without putting pressure on it does youre level move down a bit without moving the blade? Mine does a bit idk if its defective?

Thanks for responding. Yes, you are correct. I called Amazon and they could not help me or find an alternate cord. The mystery was solved when my husband produced the power cord. He thought it went to his electric shaver and left it on the bureau! Happy ending, but shame to Surker. No replacement part list or phone number. . They get an "F" for a.vendor rating. No customer service to back their product.
Can you tell us exactly what blade you replaced it with or if there's anything else besides the blade that you replaced....you did say whalls blade but is there a specific model.?

Size. The silver is bulkier than the gold one. The gold one come with a coated blade. I have both but prefer the gold one just off feel! They both cut well, and battery life is great!

Re: Surker K7S the booklet parts page shows a plug in the wall charger but I only received a USB cable. So I charge it with a computer or phone charger? Also when needed where do I buy a new blade. I’m a non professional user.
Yeah you definitely can charge it using the USB connection and in the long run it’s probably a better Cable anyways and As far as a different blade you can use pretty much any of the WAHL blades

Surker are becoming more popular now days.. that particular model are pretty good according to the reviews online. Kemei have a 1949 trimmer too.

sorry that I have a silly question but I just bought these and i’m trying to figure out how do you put the oil end on the clippers? do you just put it on the blade? because it has an indicator for the oil and I will let you know when is low. that’s the reason why I’m thinking you have to put it inside somewhere can you please let me know Thank you

Super late to this but I cut hair, I’ve owned all types of clippers. If you buy these on Amazon, buy a premium guard set and buy a magic clip replacement blade and zero gap it, slap on the blade and these go from a good clipper to a great clipper than can rival almost any clipper.

Live in WA state, most barber shops in WA been hit pretty hard, still on lockdown do to Covid19. Been needing a haircut but got tired of my corded Wahl trimmer. The cord annoys the hell out of me.
Started looking for trimmers to keep my hair looking good cause the barber shops are still closed, and started looking online at pro trimmers. Wanted to get something good. Was looking at a Kemei, but thinking I will probly go with a Surker instead.
Was just wondering where I can buy the blade you switched out with the original one. Im not a barber and I dont understand blade sizes, etc. Dont want to end up buying the wrong one.
Saw another review on the Surker KS7 and the guy said the same thing about the original blade. Was wondering if you could direct me to the right ceramic blade that would work best for it.

Ok so I used these Suker Hair clippers.1st of all I love the way they cut. Real smoothe no lag at all and they are very very quiet. I LOVE the sleek grip far better than the Wahl hair clippers.

They send you a USB cord but no port to plug into wall. I guess they figure everyone has one laying around the house for their cell phones.
2nd.. the guards... not sure if you all had problems putting the guards on but I did😡😡😡 So I just used my Wahl guards and they worked fine.

Thanks for responding. Yes, you are correct. I called Amazon and they could not help me or find an alternate cord. The mystery was solved when my husband produced the power cord. He thought it went to his electric shaver and left it on the bureau! Happy ending, but shame to Surker. No replacement part list or phone number. . They get an "F" for a.vendor rating. No customer service to back their product.

What's the difference between gold and silver gold k7s and silver k9s please
Size. The silver is bulkier than the gold one. The gold one come with a coated blade. I have both but prefer the gold one just off feel! They both cut well, and battery life is great!

Re: Surker K7S the booklet parts page shows a plug in the wall charger but I only received a USB cable. So I charge it with a computer or phone charger? Also when needed where do I buy a new blade. I’m a non professional user.
Yeah you definitely can charge it using the USB connection and in the long run it’s probably a better Cable anyways and As far as a different blade you can use pretty much any of the WAHL blades

Yes they are good for bald fades I just had to change the blade to a (WAHL fade blade) and as far as the 2600 I never used them so I don’t know
