I appreciate your daily videos Ami, they are so inspiring to me and I am sure to all that watch you, I know some days are hard for you to film, yet you still do, sending you a virtual hug from across the screen💕💕💕💕
I really fell in love with your way of eating. I'm not completely wfpb but mostly. It's a transition. I love your every day videos because I watch them all. Can't get enough of them. You are such an inspiration to me. Whenever I go out of the house I take healty food with me now. It's a gamechanger. I eat carrots now and enjoy them because of you. I stopped drinking coffee because I only liked it with cream and syrup. Last time I had a coffee again and I could hardly drink it. It was such a strange experience. It tasted so strong and heavy. I realised my tastebuds were not used to it anymore. The same with potato chips. It was like I got a smack in the face. So salty and spiced. I couldn't handle it. Very interesting. Never experienced this before. Please keep doing what you're doing Ami. 🤗🌸
I need to start making more soups. Tinned soups have sugar added to them a lot of time. The amount of food that has sugar included is crazy. You expect it in processed sweets etc but normal food you’d wouldn’t expect. So much better making your own. Tomato 🍅and lentil soup sounds lovely 😊 xxxx
I resonate with the part about eating the leftovers of your child. I was just doing that but stopped and put it in the fridge for tommorow. Thanks for all these reminders Ami.
Good morning Ami, 😃 how about keeping an ENORMOUS-MASSIVE bowl of fresh fruits next to where Romi and yourself sit down to get her to sleep. (keep that FRUIT BOWL topped up). Also a big bottle of water so that you never need to become starving/thirsty (especially important for you as a breastfeeding mum!). Fresh fruits are my breakfast every single morning, make it more of a feast by adding ripe bananas and mango etc. Then move onto your sweet potatoes/porridge/starches. Don't allow yourself to be "starving" Ami
I'm loving your videos, really wish I had your knowledge about what foods to have and how to make lovely food like you do. So amazing and inspiring to watch you. With the chocolate pudding, you mentioned sweet potato, milk and cocoa powder. Can I ask what cocoa powder do you use? I really need to start typing up your recipes and creating a 'Broccoli mum' recipe folder 🤣 thank you so much for all that you do, love watching xx
Yep, Ami, I LOVE your pudding. I make your cake with beans a LOT with fruit on top, and man... the cabbage and carrots are SO good with garlic and a little soy sauce. Look at happy Romi in her tower eating broccoli and helping mom! :) Now I'm going to make hasselback potaotoes and eat topped with chili! Thanks Ami!!
I'm just making your chocolate courgettes chickpeas muffins!! still in the oven! going to be a surprise!😋😅 wasn't sure about the oven temperature so I'm trying 180 C 350F! we'll see!! and I made the oat flour with rolled oats in the food processor!! Régine
Made your chickpea cookie dough today and my fussy teen loved them too. I was amazed at the texture from the chickpeas. Wow! What a creation. Am also enjoying cabbage and other veggies a la Ami way (soy sauce, garlic and sometimes houmous) yummmmmmm Thanks Ami
Hey Ami! When did you notice an energy shift for yourself? I’ve got a little one about Romi’s age and while she’s sleeping pretty well I’m still sooooo tired some days. While I’d still like to lose about 10 more pounds, it’s the energy I’m after most!! Thanks 🥰
Thanks for turning on the camera during your busy days! Love the inspiration and watching Romi smile for the camera 😊 My biscuit tea arrived and I thought it wasn’t for me, so I’ll need to try it again. I’ve been hooked on earl gray with soy milk for several years!
Hey Ami! I’ve found in colder weather adding some lemon to your hot water is absolutely delicious! Especially since you mentioned a little while ago you wanted to start incorporating more lemon water
Made the apple and pear cake today. It was amazing, love it! Love watching Romi enjoying the food so much. Am having so much fun trying the recipes. ❤️
Thank you very much for another great video, Romi’s enthusiasm and energy is delightful 😍your daily videos are great anchor and a reminder for me that food can be simple 👍 thank you 🙏🏻🥰🥰
That chocolate cake looks delicious 😋. Im going to make it this weekend. 😊. I know what you mean with bad days, we all have them. I get stressed with getting steps in. When I’m off work it’s ok but when working, I’m sitting behind a desk so it’s quite tricky and after work I’m knackered lol 😂 xxxx
I made your tomato soup but I used cauliflower instead of carrots. Plus I had some chickpeas that I needed to use up so I use those plus half a cup of dried split peas. And it is delicious thank you for the idea!
The biscuit brew is great! I also find it doesn't have as much caffeine as other black teas like english breakfast which is good for me as I can't handle too much caffeine and usually drink green tea, although I love black tea.
I eat a lot, but not as much as you. I find it so interesting how everyone thrives on eating such different amounts of food. Are your mom and dad, sister and brother volume eaters as well?
I appreciate your daily videos Ami, they are so inspiring to me and I am sure to all that watch you, I know some days are hard for you to film, yet you still do, sending you a virtual hug from across the screen💕💕💕💕
I agree. Thank you Ami soooo much.
Agree with this exact sentiment! Thank you, Ami! Your effort is so appreciated!

You are right. They put oil, salt, sugar in all processed foods as well as chemicals/preservatives

I'm with you, Ami. Dates and other dried fruits trigger me. I don't have them in the house any more.
Ps. all of your recipes are such hits!! I’m obsessed.

I like your bowls that you make your cakes in. Where did you buy them? And they are microwaveable I presume?

🥰🥰🥰🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 well said about throwing food out. I’ve always said it either goes to waste or my waist!

Snap I can’t drink cold water either, even in summer I warm it up in microwave 😂
