My team and I surveyed over 100 hiring managers, and we've been analyzing the data for the past couple of months.
We asked them questions on everything from AI to in-demand skills to portfolios.

Thank you for this video, it is very informative! Could you clarify how one would demonstrate "applying ID theory and sciences"? While I agree with it, it seems a bit vauge, like telling a comedian "be funny" right on the spot.
- Does it mean being able to articulate your thinking process of the ADDIE model or a hypothetical situation during an interview? Like having a "battle plan"?
- Does it mean having pre-existing artifacts like Articulate courses or other multimedia productions?
- Does it mean just to integrate ID theories and sciences into everyday talk (showing internalization and expertise)?
- Does it mean having a behind-the-scenes look how an artififact was thought up, designed, and developed?
