I could barely tell who was speaking by the thumbnail or the title. But because I kind of thought it was Jared I clicked on it. My suggestion would be to put the speakers name in the title and I believe they will get more views and reach more people. Two Cents.

Yes I agree. I only clicked on it because I could see that it’s Jared, but a clearer title would be helpful.
