He used to eat all kinds of fruit now he will only get the juice out and spit the rest out. He currently has a speech therapist. Should I speak to her about checking my sons sensory profile to help expand his diet

Would the autistic kids get better after the Feeding therpy and will the improvement stay permanent or they need life long therpy?
Therapy takes as long as it needs, hard to tell you if it's life time or not.
