Most defendants in this scenario would be given a certain amount of deference on sentencing. We can't say the justice system needs to treat Trump like any other defendant then say they need to punish him more than any other defendant.

Does ANY criminal defendant want to be spending his days in court? Most people think about the disagreeable aspects of the criminal justice system BEFORE they commit their crimes, not after. If he hadn't committed the crimes, he wouldn't be sitting in the court. You do the crime, you do the time.
I sit approx 8 hours a day WORKING. Plus, driving 45 minutes to and from in traffic. I can't just get up and leave or nap, nor do I have anyone hand me anything. I have to get it myself. It's called living your life like an ordinary person.
All the court workers, judges, and lawyers work in that building day in and day out.

Nah, this is not a big news station, and this is the kind of coverage we need actually. When a big news station covers Trump in regular broadcasts, they allow him to talk without actually pointing out the hypocrisy, dishonesty, and why he's dangerous. That's a problem. When David covers Trump he never lets Trump control the narrative. Furthermore, a huge part of Trump's base seems to admire Trump for his vigor, and defends it, while pushing the lies that Biden has cognitive decline. When Trump's base come across these videos, they will see the truth, that Trump is physically weak, tired, old, confused, and not vigorous or healthy. They may not watch these videos, but moderates who might otherwise be persuaded by some of these false conservative arguments might realize how wrong they are, or question the credibility of the right wing media and commentators. This isn't standard Trump coverage. This is counter messaging, and it's needed.
Does he know the jury is in the same room as he is? Like they are making it cold and it only effects him.
Nothing matters unless it's about him.
The disgrace is that these cases (and hopefully convictions) didn't happen much sooner!!!
