Just an amazing day for us…under so much pressure and then when you equalised we just said that’s it, let hope we can cling on for a draw…then wallop a second goal….got goosebumps thinking about it. Thanks to the home fans for being so good in defeat and making it a great day.

Many of the Ipswich fans were completely dismissive of Maidstone. They were predicting who they'd have in the next round! Pride does come indeed before a fall! Well done the Stones!
Anything can happen in a cup tie. As a Town fan I'm disappointed fans were taking the game for granted. Although McKenna chopped and changed the starting XI they were still Championship players. Maidstone made the most of the opportunities that came their way, hence they won.

Well played to Maidstone , always great to seeing giant killing which i know all about living in Chesterfield for the last 35 years . Incidentally i think Wednesday took about 4500 fans when we beat you 2-0 back in 1990 . It was the first game of the season and i was one of the Wednesday fans that was on the pitch after the first went in , not down to hooliganism but we were being escorted to the seats due to the crush in the Wednesday end . We scored just as me and the girlfriend at the time were passing behind the goal !!

As a millwall fan Maidstone are 1 of the best no league teams I've seen in a while
Half and half scarves create many memories, my son has many from when he was younger, the date and occasion is printed on the scarf, when his friends come round they want to hear about that day and most are jealous he has them, ok they aren’t for everyone but it tends to be adults that moan, my kids always want them.

I remember when the old club had to move to Dartford before it went under - Alan Carr's dad Graham was the manager towards the end.
