    I looked it up. Yes, that actually is a 750W motor, 1000W peak. Some manufacturers get sneaky and say their bike is a 750W when it's really only a 500W motor with 750W peak. This one is the real deal. And it also has maintenance free mag wheels.That's a big deal. It means no messing around with loose or broken spokes which keep happening to the powered wheel on spoked wheel bikes. This bike has a lot going for it. I think it's a bargain.

    Hey Bob and Pearl, your review comparing the three together was excellent. It's been a few years since we've seen you both when we broke bread on Mothers day in N. Texas. We are back full timing working as a camp host at RV at Lost Lakes north of Clifton TN. If you're ever in the area look us up.

      Hi Janice, hope you and Larry are doing well and glad you enjoyed the video. I forgot where you were planning on spending the summer but I am pretty sure you have left Albuquerque already. Our neighbor spent last week there and had to wear his long pants and deal with snow for the first time since his retirement. LOL it was fun hearing him talk about the cold and snow and made me think of you two spending much of your winter there this year. Safe Travels

    Wow, nifty rims. You're gonna make Gary jealous with all those ebikes. Did I see that right? 4.499 for regular gas?!?!?!
    I paid 3.069 yesterday.
    Be careful in that sand. I did a wipeout on the beach when the sand got real soft all of a sudden.
    I always do peddle assist so I can't help you there. If it cools off a little here I might try it.

      $3.09? Now that makes me want to get out and burn some fuel and to heck with these electric vehicles. LOL I remember you saying that you always pedal to get some exercise. I dont know how much we will ride the ebikes this summer, but we will take a couple and see just how much we enjoy or don't enjoy riding around. Looking forward to riding on the Oregon beaches.

    Very good review Bob! Not very many people test their speeds w/ GPS. I have an Ancheer 20 inch foldable w/ 350 watt 10.4 amp. Doesn't have peddle assist levels, just an assist when on and peddling for up hills. Got it from Walmart at $749. I just bought all terrain tires for it. I like it. That's all that matters. : - )

      @JustPassingThru  Год назад +1

      Hi Bert, I just noticed that Walmart had e-bikes recently and wondered how they preformed. It was great to get your insight and I would imagine lots of folks feel just like you do and only want or need assistance while going up hills or maybe to increase their distance without too much fatigue. Thanks for taking the time to share your experiance.

    Hey Bob. Rosie and I are currently boondocking. Just wondering for next year what is your favorite Solor Generator. Maybe around 1000 watt. I know you reviewed several. Thanks for any help and safe travels!

    • @JustPassingThru
      @JustPassingThru  Год назад +1

      Howdy Bill, hope you two are enjoying the boondocking, we will be heading out in a couple of weeks. In my opinion most of the power stations are pretty close to the same with the main factor being price. A couple of features i feel are important are:
      1. LiFePO4 batteries (they dont overheat eliminating any fire factor) and they have several thousand charge cycles
      2. Fast Charge Technology so they can charge up in just a couple of hours with 110V or within 5-6 hours with your solar panels
      We have never had any problems with any of the 15 or more units we have tested and many did not have either of the features listed above so it all gets back to price. In general it should cost less that 70 cents per watt hour and some are well below that especially with the many sales either through Amazon or their web site. I would give you a specific unit but prices change so much I really don't have any recommendation other than ECHOFLOW (We have the Delta & River) is probably the best product overall in my opinion but usually a little more expensive.

      Hi Bill, I suppose you two are planning to head out next month and we will not be too far behind ya. I think lots of folks much prefer their regular bikes compared to e-bikes and enjoy the health benefits that result. I didn't think we would ever get a ebike but the more I ride them the more I enjoy it and that is all most likely due to aging and not having the energy or motivation it get out and walk or walk like I should. I appreciated reading your thoughts and look forward to seeing you two again next winter when we all return. Safe Travels

    Lectric buys all their bikes from a company called AiPAS Bikes, a Chinese manufacture that builds them and puts the Lectric brand on it. Lectric is nothing more than a marketing company, not an American ebike manufacture. BTW AiPAS Bike's A2 Eiite is a better and cheaper bike.
