24:00 and 25:37 As someone who dissociates a lot, I think people who dissociate are often caught up doing stupid stuff or in the party scene because you try to convince yourself that you are real and you are in control in that moment of time so you do crazy the stuff to convince yourself of that.

It’s important to think less of what others will think and more of what you want when it comes to content creation. If they like the content, they’ll stay. If they don’t, they dont matte. Worrying more causes to burn-outs, and that will lead to just feeling like you should disappear completely after a bit because you can’t satisfy others. there’s no need to push yourself over the edge for others. Dude, I have been exactly where you are and, like, honestly sometimes it still feels like I am there, because healing isn’t linear and all that stuff, but it is so amazing that you feel like you can talk about it in such a public place. Sometimes it is so much harder to say something out loud then it is to think about it, because saying it makes it real, right? At least, that’s what I’ve experienced. It’s actually CRAZY freaking impressive that you managed to record a whole freaking thirty-minute, succinct video explaining how you feel and where you are and where want to be, and how you are going to move forward. Bill i really appreciate the advice you gave at the end, I really needed to hear that especially since I, like most comments I’ve seen on here have also dealt with a lot of dissociating, mostly through last year and this year but you’re right having the right ppl around you does make a difference, I recently have gotten a friend group and just that has helped me through so much alone. Take your time bill, I’m glad you’re getting back on track and are taking care of yourself but only come back when you’re very certain on coming back, we’ll always be here /pos you’re real, you made it and we all are proud on how much you’ve done even if it seems little to you it’s still enough, this also goes to everyone else who might read this to n relate, you’re not alone and it will be okay I promise.

This is such a strange way to take your life, especially when you are a young age, so it's ok for you to not be able to process it alone. You are allowed and welcome to take as much time as you need to get better for yourself. I know it's hard sometimes to do this, but you have to try to prioritize yourself before anything else. You are still a kid and that's ok because I think a lot of people don't ever truly grow up because life constantly throws such crazy shit their way. Part of growing up is realizing what is good for you and trying to work towards accomplishing it, and we can see that you're taking the steps to do that. We all love you Bill and want nothing but the best for you, even if we don't get to see you as much. This life comes with a lot of pressure and if you need time and space, you deserve it because you are an amazing person with too much talent and passion to be burned out so early.

I went through something similar recently. I was in denial about my mental state for the longest time, but your ability to recognize your emotions is a huge step. It’s the small steps that will lead to the largest payoff. For me, it started with eating more (which took a long time), then taking care of my hair and so on. Before I knew it, I felt myself again. Not the “old me”, but a me that is happy again. I have gained perspective on a lot of things, and as much as I would never want to relive what I went through, I appreciate it. I can tell you are taking similar steps. Just don’t think of bad days as you taking a step back, they just happen, and you can still continue moving forward after them. Your friends are your strongest support and they will always be there for you.

As someone who has been feeling disossiated from my life alot this past year it helps me so much knowing that someone that I look up to so much has experienced the same thing and so many other people in the comments have too because everytime I've tryed to explain the feeling to someone they always look at me like I'm speaking a different lanuage but now I don't feel so alone. Life was never ment to be a smooth ride there were always suppost to be ups and downs and obsicals in the way but it's those moments of darkness that makes the good times so good. I hope that you feel better soon but don't rush yourself to recovery, take as long as you need we will always be here for you when and if you decide to come back but please always put your needs first. Dude, I have been exactly where you are and, like, honestly sometimes it still feels like I am there, because healing isn’t linear and all that stuff, but it is so amazing that you feel like you can talk about it in such a public place. Sometimes it is so much harder to say something out loud then it is to think about it, because saying it makes it real, right? At least, that’s what I’ve experienced.
It’s actually CRAZY freaking impressive that you managed to record a whole freaking thirty-minute, succinct video explaining how you feel and where you are and where want to be, and how you are going to move forward. That is such a huge step towards wherever it you wanna go, and I can definitely say that all of us are proud of you for it. Good job at existing, man. Sometimes that’s all we can do.

I went through the exact same shit this year it's rough thank you for sharing this with the internet I'm really trying as well to get better and it really does take so long but it will get better at some point that's all you gotta hold onto is the fact that you have so much time to improve it may feel like it's taking forever but you have so long to keep improving yourself

Bill i really appreciate the advice you gave at the end, I really needed to hear that especially since I, like most comments I’ve seen on here have also dealt with a lot of dissociating, mostly through last year and this year but you’re right having the right ppl around you does make a difference, I recently have gotten a friend group and just that has helped me through so much alone. Take your time bill, I’m glad you’re getting back on track and are taking care of yourself but only come back when you’re very certain on coming back, we’ll always be here /pos you’re real, you made it and we all are proud on how much you’ve done even if it seems little to you it’s still enough, this also goes to everyone else who might read this to n relate, you’re not alone and it will be okay I promise.

This is such a strange way to take your life, especially when you are a young age, so it's ok for you to not be able to process it alone. You are allowed and welcome to take as much time as you need to get better for yourself. I know it's hard sometimes to do this, but you have to try to prioritize yourself before anything else. You are still a kid and that's ok because I think a lot of people don't ever truly grow up because life constantly throws such crazy shit their way. Part of growing up is realizing what is good for you and trying to work towards accomplishing it, and we can see that you're taking the steps to do that. We all love you Bill and want nothing but the best for you, even if we don't get to see you as much. This life comes with a lot of pressure and if you need time and space, you deserve it because you are an amazing person with too much talent and passion to be burned out so early.

I went through something similar recently. I was in denial about my mental state for the longest time, but your ability to recognize your emotions is a huge step. It’s the small steps that will lead to the largest payoff. For me, it started with eating more (which took a long time), then taking care of my hair and so on. Before I knew it, I felt myself again. Not the “old me”, but a me that is happy again. I have gained perspective on a lot of things, and as much as I would never want to relive what I went through, I appreciate it. I can tell you are taking similar steps. Just don’t think of bad days as you taking a step back, they just happen, and you can still continue moving forward after them. Your friends are your strongest support and they will always be there for you.

As someone who has been feeling disossiated from my life alot this past year it helps me so much knowing that someone that I look up to so much has experienced the same thing and so many other people in the comments have too because everytime I've tryed to explain the feeling to someone they always look at me like I'm speaking a different lanuage but now I don't feel so alone. Life was never ment to be a smooth ride there were always suppost to be ups and downs and obsicals in the way but it's those moments of darkness that makes the good times so good.
