Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme found in silkworm intestines that allows the emerging moth to dissolve its cocoon. This enzyme appears to have anti-inflammatory properties and is being promoted online and elsewhere as a treatment for pain associated with arthritis, surgery, trauma and fibromyalgia. And, as you note, it also is promoted as a treatment for atherosclerotic plaque, the buildup of cholesterol, fat, and calcium in arteries. The claim is that serratiopeptidase “digests” the substances that cause plaque without harming underlying tissue.
Some uses and benefits of Serrapeptase are:
    Relieves pain and inflammation.
Reduces the chances of a heart attack or cardiovascular disease.
    Helps in faster recovery.
Helps in treating cold and sore throat.
    Treats bacterial infections.
    Helps in treating Atherosclerosis.
    Tooth extraction and surgeries.
Helps in treating fibrocystic breast disease.
Serrapeptase on an empty stomach, meaning that Serrapeptase should be taken at least two hours after eating, and no food should be consumed for a half hour after taking Serrapeptase
    20,000 SPU = 10 milligrams. 40,000 SPU = 20 milligrams. 120,000 SPU = 60 milligrams.
Just remember this formula to help you do the math: 10mg = 20,000 SPU

I'm hoping it will alleviate the pain that i experience in my back and osteoarthritis. I am on a low carb/keto diet already for the last 2 years now and still suffer from significant pain. I am so glad that at least i can use something natural instead of always taking tylenol and aleve.

Hi thanks for promoting this great supplement. I agree with you for the most part, and where I disagree is the max dose. I believe that it depends on each person and the amount of injury or dead tissue in their body.
I take up to 1,200,000 dose at one time, some times every other day or for a few weeks and then take a break for a week or so, in a cycle of dissolving and saturating part of the cycle and then the clearing out cycle and of course i built up to that high dose.
I started taking it for pain relief due, I was ran over by a tractor mower with 4 blades and was wrapped around the blades at 2 1/2 years old, and have also been in quite a few very serious automobile accidents, not my fault or me driving, as I was a kid in most of them.
I liken the scar tissue and or clots and build-up like a sponge, and if you have many areas that need the Serrapeptase to clear it then a small dose even the max dose may not help much, but it will help some.
Since I have many scars I used my scars to gauge when I needed to stop for awhile to let it all clear out and my scars were not puffy but the skin was back down against the area, and when it did you could see the progress of removal as it progressed and I wish i had documented it, but been in extreme pain pain for going on 33 years now so, I never did record it.
Serrapeptase follows the blood stream and flow through our body so areas that use it up first will be closest to the initial contact from our heart. Example my right thumb had a cut an inch long with a huge scar that was 1/4" wide and 1/16 to 1/32 of an inch thick and could peal it off some times but always came back, and I also had shocks if I hit it or moved my thumb to far.
My right thumb healed first of any injuries and on a low dose over a a year or so, now even under magnification, I can no longer even tell where my injury on my right thumb was and no more shocks or pain.
My left thumb was also cut in the same place, and in case you are wondering, I hung wallpaper and you need to change blades often to have a sharp blade at all times and while doing up to cut the top I hit my left thumb, and my right thumb got cut working at a glass factory on 1" thick by 4'x4" on the edge of one was an inch sticking out and so thin you couldn't see it and when I went to level it as it went through the machine I ran it hit my thumb.
OK so my right thumb healed right away in a tear or so and its now almost a decade later and my left thumb although it is a lot better as in less scar I still do have scar tissue that is not removed and I have watched it get less and less but its slower, as other parts of my body are using up the supply i take and my left thumb and a scar on my left arm great progress but still not gone yet.
One of the first things I noticed when I started taking it was that I had all these super white spots all over and it's the whitest white I have ever seen ever, and as i examined them I was like oh OK this is where i was cut at work , and here i had a bike accident, and this one is from accidentally stabbing myself in the hand , or from the mower accident etc.
Scar tissue can also put pressure on nerves which can cause pain as well depending on where they are.
Anyway Thanks for promoting and please rethink your dosing recommendations as we all have differing injuries and to varying degrees and the people who will benefit the most are those with the most injury and in the most amount of pain and the max you recommend will not be for everyone and the higher doses for the worst cases with the most injury.
I personally have tried a lot of the name brands and found that Pipingrock dot com offers the best prices and works just as well as any of the other brands I have tried over the last decade, in small doses for the first few years and worked up to the higher doses when i could afford it, as taking 12-120spu capsules a day can get expensive and i am on a very limited income, well below poverty level, and even so by using pipingrock products I take turmeric, and many other supplements and still cheaper than other brands of just the serrapeptase alone. And not everyone that needs the benefits can afford other brands, and this company makes most of their own products so they can pass a huge savings on to their customers.
    Best regards & Thanks again!!!!!!!
Edited Added: I also had increase pain at first when I started on the 1,200,000 dose daily so bad i thought that maybe i should not have taken it, but after a week I felt better, meaning in less pain than I had in decades, and I also think just like getting a massage that can make you sick as well at first because all this stuff is being cleared out of your system and you can get sick and have more pain initially but this dose pass, and is well worth pushing through this phase, though lowering the dose for awhile untill you adjust can also help, but i read a lot of people just give up on and don;t preserver through some initial discomfort or nausea.

Add a few things like pycnogenol, bromelain, high dose selenium (300mg/d), niacin (start with 100mg/d and work your way up till you start to feel a flush), NMN or NR, d-ribose, creatine, carnitine, nattokinase, serrapeptase, garlic, ginger and maybe a citrus fruit-derived bioflavonoids supplement.

I have been using for 5 weeks, 20,000 spu’s once a day. I take at 3:30 pm with an alarm on my phone. My pill is coated so it bypasses the stomach. My poor sinus’ are clearer about a half hour after taking for about four hours. The important thing is I have lived with daily back pain from two herniated disks, 2 and 3 for the last ten years. Advil helped greatly but my doctor was concerned about taking it too often. Since taking this I have had practically no back pain. And I haven’t taken an Advil. So happy you telling me that if I do something that overly strains my back that I can take two of these a day for a short time. I am on a low sugar, low salt diet.

I have now taken for nearly a year, one tablet daily, and still have little back pain. I strain myself gardening but where in the past, I could hardly stand and the pain was immense for days, it reduces quickly and is gone in a day. I just had bursitis in my right arm where I couldn’t lift it above my shoulder for the pain and had constant throbbing. My wife, a nurse, said anything ending in “is” is inflammation so I took an extra Serrapeptase and the next morning, the pain diminished by 80% and the next gone. I am also taking Nattokinase daily for my heart which is said to complement Serrapeptase. Same company available on Amazon. 76 and feeling great. Very active!

Ok, so I took serrapeptase for a little while about 4 years ago. It was enteric coated. I didn't have any problems taking it. I thought I'd do a little clean up in my body, and went and bought some Serragold. Last week I followed the directions and took 1 dose while at work. It made me nauseous. Today I thought I'll try it and take it first thing in the morning before work at 5 a.m. I started drinking my coffee at 7:30 a.m. thinking that was enough time. Boy oh boy did I get the drive heaves. Not easy when you work in a factory in machining. Any ideas why it's making me sick? Thank you.

Another question. How long does serapeptase take to work. You seem to indicate that it works as soon as it enters the blood stream. Another site said it can take weeks to build up in the system.

    • @thejdocrealminute4648
      @thejdocrealminute4648  7 месяцев назад

Serrapeptase can dissolve or eat up cysts or fibroids when taken regularly. 10mg, thrice daily is an ideal dose for the enzyme to work on fibroids. The best results can be seen after 2-weeks, and the dosage can last up to 4-weeks
