This is a friendly, lively, and welcoming group perfect for everyone with any or no meditation experience. Franz curates and shares his favorite Buddhist meditation teachings gathered from all over the world, mainly from the Theravada and Dzogchen traditions. Learn and practice time honored methods of relaxation, mental and emotional regulation, experiential clarity, as well as interpersonal and intrapersonal connectivity. Basic techniques are explained and demonstrated. All are welcome and no one is turned away for lack of funds. There will be spirited discussions, laughs, insights, tea, and sometimes cookies!
This class is held in person in Long Beach, Calif. and online via Zoom
