Adrenal insufficiency i.e. Addison crisis mein hypotension hypovolemia hota toh us mein hypovolemic ya cardio shock hona chahiye na more than septic

@@harshpalsingh42 Hypovolemia nahi hota adrenal insufficiency se. Fluid andar hi rhega body ke jo aap link kar rhe ho wo ADH ko link kar rhe ho.
Septic isliye hoga kyuki body ki immunity down hojaygi due to decrease steroid hormone: inflammation and infection are more prone. Even body ke normal floura bhi disease create kr dege
@@Himanshuunny aare hoshiyar aldosterone ki deficiency mein water aur sodium ko kaun reabsorb karega kaha se body mein rahega fluid hypotension hypovolemia dehydration yeh hota hai adrenal insufficiency mein primary causes hypovolemic aur cardio honge na ki septic

@@harshpalsingh42 Clear your basics bro. Aldosterone re absorbed water and sodium but for compensate ADH re absorbed water and sodium decrease-Dilutional hyponatraemia occurs. Risk of Hypovolemia indeed yes but very later stage.
