SOS is such a banger, you won't like it at first but later it gets stuck in your mind and the melody and lyrics are so good.

I really love this mini, one of my favs from them. And I love how they sampled their own song for diamond days

This comeback ate overall they never miss (in my opinion) but everyone has different opinions
I also didn’t love the production for SOS. I feel like you could tell it wasn’t produced by them, and although it’s cool they got Marshelllo to produce a song for them, I felt a big disconnection because of it.

Honestly I really agree with your opinions. At first I did not know whether the songs were genuinely meh or simply not my cup of tea coz everyone was raving about this album upon its release. Unlike most of the Seventeen's albums, I was not able to listen to it again as a whole coz the first half felt very unnecessarily loud and overwhelming to me. For me, 2nd half was better and felt more like seventeen . Other than the production choices, everything else was top notch like always. But overall, this is probably my least favourite svt album/mini-album till now.
I hope you’re doing better this week! I could tell by the concept pictures that I wasn’t gonna like this release. Idk why. But after an album like face the sun where the music production was so high quality ( not saying this album isn’t high quality) this album feels kinda boring to me. This is probably my least favorite seventeen comeback 🫤
Yes much better than you. Yeah face the sun just felt soo rich and complex in comparison.
