Ingredient:
-120gr shrimp (90X110 size) -120gr tôm nhỏ
-pepper, salt, sugar and cayenne pepper -Tiêu, muối, đường
¼ of tsp for each of them ớt cayenne ¼ muỗng cafe
-1 slice of unsalt butter -1 lát bơ lạt
-1 tbsp of chopped cilantro -1 muỗng canh ngò băm
-2 tbsps of cuts onion -2 muỗng canh hành tây
-2 tbsps of white wine -2 muỗng canh rượu vang trắng
(or any un-flavor cooking wine) hay bất cứ loại rượu nấu không mùi nào
-2 tbsps of whipping cream -2 muỗng canh whipping cream hay sữa tươi
