If you have ever known a heroin or coke addict this book is very relatable. I used to hold my sisters head up out of the toilet. And she would just look up at me and smile. She said she got a rush every time she puked. Horrible stuff.
Like Nikki, she survived, and after 20 years of IV use found sobriety.
When she would smile at you.. We’re her teeth all decrepit and fucked up?

nikki sixx is so intelligent! he’s so inspirational and the book heroin diaries was super good! he’s one of the people i look up to and he’s one of the reasons i keep staying clean
