As a girl who danced both tap and ballet for nearly 10 years since I was literally 3, I can confidently say most of this movie is pretty accurate like the school, the exercises, the point the only thing I didn’t understand was that a girl who had no proper training was able to pass in a elite dance school but you know it is fantasy . Loved the video
@@ellabennett6091 it honestly depends on what level class you’d be joining in this movie their doing highly skilled routines with pointe im just saying without formal training and strengthening she wouldn’t be able to pass

And it showed that the other girl would hesitate, but this one wouldn’t and therefore be better in this regard and be wanted more than the other one.

Please, be thoughtful about the studio you pick, style you want to try, etc. And dance takes a lot of commitment, so be prepared to work hard. If all this sounds good, go for it!

Yes she is actually a kind girl the problem is her wicked mom she Forced her into dancing and didn't teach her how to love what she's doing she only cared about fame so i kinda feel sorry bout her i think she gonna take félicie as a good example and try to be like her

The incredible part of this movie was that in the span of 1 week, Felicie went from being an untrained dancer to a top-notch ballerina and bested a girl who breathed ballet for most of her life
I don't see very many good quality videos about this movie, and it was actually Kings and Queens that lead me here, but this is quality. The close cuts and the use of the movie's audio in the song's break, not to mention; P!nk's song being such an excellent choice for this! You have earned a new subscriber and I really hope that I can become as good as you are at making this sort of video

I saw Leap like a few years ago but I barely remember what happens, all I remember is that I was with my BFF at the time and we were coloring while it played. The girl was in this basket when she was a baby and I believe she was in a ballerina class (im sure about the basket thing) and I think there was one scene where was like on some form of bridge

I used it as a way to let out my anger and sadness. i rewatched this movie just a couple of days ago just to realize how accurate it is to my journey as a dancer. the struggles and mean girls, the self doubt and the criticism. this movie was my home

Look, love this song and love this video. The transitions were amazing! But I have a love-hate relationship with this movie. On one hand, I love the actual story and stuff. But I just hate the protagonist! All she does is whine, steal, turn up late, prioritize things like boys over her dreams, and turns up, trains for five minutes, and is suddenly better than girls who have done it for years.

I've had no training, but I was told by a professional dance teacher that I could keep up with a dance class fairly easily.
