    That's very much for mentioning the lifetime of the "after market" batteries. I have one of these clocks and want to build the top-of-the-hour reset circuit, perhaps with a microcontroller using NTP to sync it's local time.

      I also have one of the self winding clocks. It needs to be synced. Have you had any success regenerating a sync signal?

    I see the possibility of a co-operative connection between CHRS and the West Coast Watch & Clock Museum.
    (It may not be likely, but it wouldn't hurt.)

    Does your clock still sync up with anything? I have two WU clocks, one in this style and another that seems a bit fancier, that I want to get running again.

    Not a pendulum clock.

      Because you don't see the pendulum, this clock still worked with a pendulum timekeeping element...
