- Sgt. Tom Bates returned from repeated military deployments feeling depressed, even suicidal. Diagnosed with PTSD, Bates suspected something else was going on. Now, scans appear to confirm that Bates suffers the same degenerative brain condition as some concussed NFL players.

When I went to the VA they talked DOWN to me, THROUGH me, BEHIND my back, and AT me but never to me.
Try a vet center. I had to change my first psychiatrist at the VA for these exact reasons. I still go to the VA and have good docs now, keep trying though ✌️
I'm not, vet , I but have grown, with truma, in my family , drugs and drinking, was little boy , and also natural death , 5 deaths through out my life

Doesn't always show,just like u can have a TBI and not show on a ct..the issue is them scamming vets so they don't have to help or pay them

It's amazing how inept our VA is. Almost like it's being done to soldiers on purpose.
I wish soldiers would seek out other care other than doctors who are big pharma controlled and are only looking to study /write a paper in a new "experiment". Thus using this guy as a lab rat.
The book: "The Lethal Dose" by Jennifer Daniels MD (Harvard trained doctor with a Wharton MBA in administration) tells you how they train doctors and who they are contracted with. She's the "Ed Snowden" of the industry. She explains what they are teachers doctors in their "education". Who they are contracted with in hospitals.
Also who is your medicare doctor legally contacted with ? The patient or big pharma? Who is hospital administration legally contracted with . On certain medications?
This is why people who pay cash for their care, often get the truth out of their doctors and better care. Different contract, different contract. You should know all of this and be able to navigate the system better and take care of general health on your own.

I cast no judgement but some wives aren't strong enough to stay with their husbands when they suffer from difficult conditions like this. They don't understand it and leave the marriage becasue they don't believe their husbands can be productive anymore.
