It was nice of Johnny Gibson making the comments about sammy swindell after getting into a wreck. Johnny is probably right in saying this might be the last time we see him at eldora and for the true race fans to give him a cheer.watched sammy and Steve back in the 80,s and 90,s and they put on a show and them 2 were always my favorites. Slamming sammy swindell one of the all time greats.look at Schatz compared to a few years ago getting older slower reactions it is a young man sport

As much as I think the day race was kinda cool, that was a dustbowl that made it even hard to watch on here. I get the circumstances but kind of a bummer

The Outlaws must not allow tracks to water the track so it stays a smooth dry slick ? I would hate to be at a race that dusty !!
It was daytime racing, that’s the real problem. Eldora in particular is really dry in the daytime no matter how much they water it.

As a Gravel fan I'm happy to see the win but am not impressed with the move made that almost took out Kraig. I simply expect better than that from an Outlaw, especially one as experienced as Gravel. Just glad Kraig was able to react fast enough to avoid a disaster.

@@flashyaims2468 Steve Kinser must be proud always watching his son get lapped or wreck... but personally I dont think Steve watches dirtvision..why would he?? I think Steve would rather watch "Love Boat" but thats just the way i feel, i could be wrong maybe the toughest,badass, most wins alltime GOAT watches his son not be able to get out of his own way every single race.
Kinser is a menace and a liability. He has no business driving at this level.

Daytime racing is always insanely dusty, must've been awful for the crowd there.
Been to Eldora approximately 25-30 times and its always a disgusting dust bowl. Don't they understand the concept of water!!

Sat this one out and said that he was only concentrating on tonight's Kings Royal race for today on his Twitter account this morning. He didn't qualify well last night and probably figured that with all the rain last night that the day race would be horrible to drive in especially if you need to pass. He turned out to be correct because the daytime heat races was follow the leader with little to no passing and the feature race was better but still not good with some passing but sloppy passing with the track conditions as we have seen watching this video. Hopefully tonight's race has the same track conditions as Thursday's race.
The track is about as dry as a popcorn fart ! !
Horrible race to watch, especially when compared to this past Thursday. Too dusty and sloppy passing because of terrible track conditions.

They got rained out last night so I think track prep was zero unfortunately.
To bad they didn't dig the track up and get some moisture down in it. But unfortunately that's usually how a day track is.

On track you can see a lot easier than you can from the stands.
@@Corky3D I hope you're right. I've been to dozens of sprint car races at Knoxville, etc., and NEVER seen dust like that. Not even remotely close.
