I'm fucking blown away. Wataru sounds more amazing than he ever has before. And I actually love that they're going back to their roots. they did the mainstream popish stuff for a while and they were damn good at it down get me wrong, but this.... Jesus, that range Wataru has, has always been but even moreso now fucking incredible. And that shit is just as good live. I saw 12012 in 07 at Anime Next and I still remember the my room agony live and was chilled by his incredible vocal. This song's an 11/10 and people need to stfu about the references to other bands because no matter who you think he's emulating the fact is that Wataru is and continues to be one of the greatest underrated jrock vocalists of all time. He's right up there with Kyo, Hizumi, and Ruki (even Ruki doesn't have that range). God dammit I'm gonna listen to that again.

Yeah Wataru gets bashed for whatever reason I don't give an F- YES YOU HEARD ME to all of the haters and stop glorifying other bands like they're better this is Wataru and he inspired me for over a decade! People should take a look on 12012 early work, like Increasingly, or musics like My Room Agony, Vomit or Boku no Kara Kara. In fact, this sounds more like them that their previously work like the Mar Maroon album. Like... Merry Go World just not sounds like them~ =p And yes, I'm very familiar with Dir en Grey work as well, since Kisou album. Similarities happen all the time with this kind of band, but I think each one of them is trying to do what they belive. Of course Diru is a big giant of Visual Kei/JRock scenario since 1997. Bands inspired of them are countless, but I think 12012 is a very original and deserve their only credit as a singular band that has conquered their own space like 10 years by now. =3

The singer from 12012 is best friends with kyo from dir en grey. Kyo is also friends with daisuke the singer from the band kegarou. Wataru is very heavily influenced by kyo,because of the screams and his dark style. Either way I like dir en grey and 12012.

Kyo and Wataru screams and growls in a totally different ways(it is noticeable in a very first seconds of vocal starts), I won't even talk about song structures. It's absolutely different metal bands in whole stuff they are doing. Yes, they both are dark and heavy and have their own style, but the similarity is end on this point. Probably there are some influence, but dudes, clean your ears :) However, both are perfect.

I've been listening to diru and 12012 for awhile but I stop listening to 12012 for 4 years and I gotta say that they blend there cleans with diru style growls and screams and as well on instruments.
But they were already pretty heavy before they went pop/rock, except back then they weren't shamelessly trying to emulate Dir en grey's last five years.

Nice, but they probably have to improve the growling. So does the vocalist's vocals himself, not saying it's bad, it's pretty much good, but he need to improve his own growls.
what the actual fuck happened to them. Is this even wataru now? safe to say that in my opinion, their earlier stuff was a shit ton better than this. But I guess bands eventually run out of good ideas and just try and copy the next big thing.
