    Sir dhayan nahi lag raha hai... third eye ki jagah mai pain hota hai... colour bhi nahi dekhta

      say om namaha shivaya om full day wen ever u remeber or just try to enjoy wt u do today (all the days) and alys be in present and be happy make people happy is also kind of mediation it will also change ur life🙂🙂

      yes i felt same so i have started saying "om namaha shivaya om" in mind only it worked best for me in mediation...
