Yes, the pickaxe DOES break ice faster than the sword. In fact, it breaks it so much faster than the sword that you nearly broke it before dying despite how long you weren't doing it

I'd love a real attempt at a survival series, it doesn't have to be hardcore, but maybe have an underdog's twist with it. For example you could do a "if you die you dare" and then you'd do a challenge in real life. This could integrate some real life elements to the video since the absence of the IRL underdog's channel. It'd also give people more of an incentive to watch till the end😉
Imma give you some basic tips on Minecraft: When you craft your wood pickaxe, immediately start mining 3 stone and make stone tools. Use your offhand slot for food, once you get iron and make a shield, put that in your offhand instead (the default key bind is F) Go for Crits when fighting mobs (jump + hit while going down) best tool is the axe to do this as a stone axe deals the same damage as a diamond sword ALWAYS carry a water bucket! This is your number 1 lifesaver and the first thing you need to craft with iron Sorry if it’s like not into your niche but it does help with survivability
