      Hi Dude X Boy
please find the answer to your questions as below:
      1. In order to access the server from any location or access it remotely, you will need setting up your Internet router to allow connection to it or set up another server that allow this connection, I will add this subject to the list and will create videos for that in future.
      2. Server Core can work like a dedicated server and you can host anything you want on it. but in this video I showed how to install domain controller on it. in future videos I will show how to host other services on Server core
      3. You can host web sites on server core, but it is not recommended to host sites on Domain Controllers and in order to access your site from the internet I refer to the answer for question 1

strange that this is working on your side.
    the comand
    install-addsforest -domainName "lab.local"
throws an error: a positional parameter cannot be found that accepts argument 'confirm savemodeadministratorpassword'
to fix this, i have to change it to (and add also a netbios name)
install-addsforest -domainName "lab.local" -safemodeadministratorpassword $(convertto-securestring -asplaintext -force) -domainnetbiosname "lab"
