Only Quran alone Muslims do not add prophet Muhammad, to any shahada. We worship God alone He has no partners. All sect following Muslims are in truth Mushriks.

In the beginning of this video, to say that Ibrahim was only saying "The Star is my God", "The Moon is my God" and "The Sun is my God, it is greater" ONLY to argue with his rivals and that he did not ACTUALLY believe these other things were God is a stretch. It smells of you trying to make Ibrahim appear like some super genius because you really like him.
Reading the story from the beginning to the end, its quite clear that Ibrahim was on a journey (like a Hajj). He really did follow these other religions, hence why he SAID (like proclaiming) the above, in order to see if they were the truth. Only after taking them seriously and after they failed his scrutiny did he denounce them, one after the other, and after denouncing them all, he then called out to God to guide him, otherwise he said he would be lost.
This is the key point, he denounced all other religions in his time after trying them out and them failing his scrutiny. With nothing left to hold on to, he felt lost and asked God to guide him, otherwise he would remain lost. God chose to guide him.
There is a lesson here. Mankind is always looking for something or someone to call his or her God. It gives them some sense of meaning or purpose. When Ibrahim denounced them all, it is like feeling lost. He then called out to God to guide him to Him and God chose to do so.
Anyway, following the above verses, the following verses begin with an "AND his people disputed with him..." This clearly happened after God guided him to the truth.
The way of Ibrahim is exemplary for all others because of his merciless search for truth and, in my opinion, the true meaning of being a Hanif. He would not be someone who settled for "Oh just accept it bro!" If he had ANY doubt or unanswered questions, or holes in his logic, it was not good enough. No room for cognitive dissonance.
    Peace.

[6:74] Recall that Abraham said to his father Ãzer, "How could you worship statues as gods? I see that you and your people have gone far astray."
[6:75] We showed Abraham the marvels of the heavens and the earth, and blessed him with certainty:
[6:76] *When the night fell, he saw a shining planet. "Maybe this is my Lord," he said. When it disappeared, he said, "I do not like (gods) that disappear." *
[6:77] When he saw the moon rising, he said, "Maybe this is my Lord!" When it disappeared, he said, "Unless my Lord guides me, I will be with the strayers."
[6:78] When he saw the sun rising, he said, "This must be my Lord. This is the biggest." But when it set, he said, "O my people, I denounce your idolatry.
[6:79] "I have devoted myself absolutely to the One who initiated the heavens and the earth; I will never be an idol worshiper."
[6:80] His people argued with him. He said, "Do you argue with me about GOD, after He has guided me? I have no fear of the idols you set up. Nothing can happen to me, unless my Lord wills it. My Lord's knowledge encompasses all things. Would you not take heed?
[6:81] "Why should I fear your idols? It is you who should be afraid, since you worship instead of GOD idols that are utterly powerless to help you. Which side is more deserving of security, if you know?"
[6:82] Those who believe, and do not pollute their belief with idol worship, have deserved the perfect security, and they are truly guided.
[6:83] *Such was our argument, with which we supported Abraham against his people.* We exalt whomever we will to higher ranks. Your Lord is Most Wise, Omniscient.
6:83 clearly articulates this was the argument God provided for Abraham against the polytheists. Not that he genuinely believed in the polytheistic claims, but rather he steelmanned the polytheistic claims to show how dumb they were in believing in something that can't help him. 3:67 further says
[3:67] Abraham was neither Jewish, nor Christian; he was a monotheist submitter. *He never was an idol worshiper.*
      Peace.

You have added and omitted words from the Arabic text:
6:74 and 6:75 are joined by the word "Kazalika" which means Thus. In other words because he challenged his father and questioned why they were worshiping idols, THUS his journey began in search of the real truth.
6:77 has no "Maybe". The Arabic is: He said "This is my Rab".
6:77 also has Ibrahim saying, after the moon set/or went away (just like the star): “If my Lord guide me not, I will be of the people who stray.” This plea or call to God that HE made shows that HE was on a journey HIMSELF in search for the truth.
6:78 Ibrahim says, after seeing the Sun: "This is my Rab, this is greater!" But when it too went away, he now speaks to the people and says: “O my people: I am quit of that to which you ascribe a partnership." The fact that he immediately talks to the people after all these religions failed him, is a hint that he was joining these religions and their followers and they all failed to meet his standard, and he now lets them all know his conclusions that he is done with this.
Often times, the Quran summarizes stories and does time jumps to move a story along. In other places, sometimes more details are provided.
We find in Quran 2:160 that Ibrahim asked God: "My Rab, show me how You give life to the dead." God replied: "Have you not believed?" to which Ibrahim says: "Yes, but only that my heart may be satisfied.". After this God instructed him to put the pieces of the birds on different hills and brought them back to life. It is quite likely that this happened after he had denounced those other religions and is part of the guidance and journey he went on with God guiding him.
6:80 also begins with an "and" that you omitted. I take this and to mean that some time has passed and now his people are challenging Ibrahim's views.
In conclusion, my main point here is that because Ibrahim actually called out to God: "If my Lord guide me not, I will be of the people who stray.” It shows that it was Ibrahim who was on this journey towards the Truth.
This is not so different from someone starting off as a Christian, or a Sunni or Shia and then starting to question things and taking a stand by denouncing that which makes no sense.
Finally in 3:67, you added the word "never" and that is not there in the Arabic. That verse appears right dab in the middle of a point God is making that the Jews and the Christians argue over that which they have little knowledge, but why do they argue over that which they have no knowledge of? i.e. Prophet Ibrahim. The ending of the verse is: "...and he was not of the idolaters/those who associate with God". Its simple to understand. No one is born a Muslim. So to say he was NEVER a Mushrik while he grew up in a Mushrikeen society would neigh be impossible. The verse is simply saying that Ibrahim ended up as someone who did not associate anything with God.
      Peace.

Quran and al e Mohammad Oulilamre, rasequna fil ilm, are al e Mohammad. Sunni followed created hadith not quran. Shia loved al e Mohammad but not follow them nor quran. Just mourning the martyrdom of ahlulbait & fighting the case of injustices committed by Sunni to Al e Mohammad.
