Really enjoyed this show. You guys touched on real subjects that need to be thoroughly discussed. Shit that has haunted all of us in that profession for years. I hope that you take a deeper dive because it needs to be done by someone. These issues plague all of us to some extent and are partly responsible for guys experiencing maladaptive behavior from depression, identity crisis upon leaving the agency, all the way up to suicide. Administrators need to understand how their behavior impacts officers they are responsible for and the lack of accountability toward taking care of our own. Too often, we get left out in the cold and that’s the saddest part of this line of work. Thanks boys!
