To approx kis section se kitne questions aate hai . Out of 100.
Exact marks batana posible ni hai bro, and trend v change ho raha hai. So mai mota moti bata deta hu,
1. Basic electrical n Network se 25+ questions aa te hai. ( Phle 35+ v aa jate the but ab machines se jyada puchne laga hai)
2. Machines se v 25 +-5 puch rhe aaj kal.
3. Measurement se 10-15 k around aate hai. ( Mostly simple questions)
4 Baki bache hue subjects se 5-10 marks ka pucha jata hai.
5. Kuch new topics se v es saal questions aaye hai (for example tendering) so 2019 ke baad jo v papers hue hai unme jo jo topics se questions puchhe gye hai unko aap acche se prepare kroge. And mocks lagaoge to aapka 80% preparation ho jayega.

I have a query than if i get good rank can i get specific city via cpwd like i want to work in Chandigarh and it is not my home city, is it possible
You will get your desired zone(if there is vacancy). Then you have a 6 months training (at RTI). Then you will have to name three places where you wanted to be posted. And if there is vacancy you might work at that place.
There is one more way, you can mutually exchange your location with someone (who is working in Chandigarh) n is willing to work at your place.
