There is difference for sure, the outer facade is mivan internal is flyash bricks. no red bricks in projects. Like other vatika one.

U won’t be able to scrape the plaster from the walls … other properties in the market I have seen plaster ko haath se scratch karo nikalta jaega…. Construction is rock solid and site and unit plan is awesome …. End user ho to just buy….. u won’t get anything even 70% as good as this one
