Ousted Vice Chancellor Prof Paul Wainaina reinstated at Kenyatta University

- Kenyatta University Vice Chancellor Professor Paul Wanaina says he will fight Land Cartels associated with unnamed influential Government officials masquerading as Squatters, and who grabbed huge chunks of land belonging to the Institution. Professor Wanaina has also pledged to revert the ownership of the Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital back to the Institution.
Wainaina received a hero's welcome on his return to the institution following his unceremonious exit in August over a land row pitting the university against the government.
The good professor never left quietly. He definitely let Kenyans know the wrongs being committed.

The WHO facility would really help the university especially in research and would raise Kenya's reasearch profile in the world which is lacking, not to mention the FDI,i wish the government can find a way to allow WHO to set it up in Kenya
The referral hospital a small entity compared to the WHO facility has never helped students, how will WHO help the university. The biggest problems in KU is accomodation and some courses are understaffed. The government has to prioritize our needs
