    Thank you, Karl! We're grateful for your weekly immigration news updates, which have been incredibly insightful. However, I've noticed that no one has yet explained the intricacies of the 'Caveat!' in the 482 Visa. Could you please provide more details on this for us? Additionally, if possible, shed some light on whether a company can sponsor an individual with only three employees. Your expertise is invaluable to us. Thanks again!

    One question Karl regarding NAATI test as one side aus immig is having marks for good english 10/20 and at the same time they want some other language capability which is not spoken in aus and give 5 marks for that. Which is contradictory with each other!! Also common sense wise did not get what is use of these NAATI marks in skilled immigration?

  • @estellebright2579
    @estellebright2579 11 месяцев назад

    For those seeking NSW 190/491 nomination in 2023-2024 FY, there is a subtle but easy to miss new requirement in 2023-2024 FY being added compared to 2022-2023 FY:
    You CANNOT modify your EOI after receiving invitation from NSW. The NSW government says they will check the last update date in your EOI to ensure compliance.
    If you login to your SkillSelect account, there is a DOHA correspondence section that records every time you make any change to your EOI regardless of the reason. I guess NSW government will check that section to know if you modify the EOI post-invitation.
    This new requirement DID NOT EXIST in previous financial year.
    Moral of the story is: check your EOI thoroughly and make sure it is flawless while you wait for NSW 190/491 invitation.

    Hey Karl, been following you`re channel for a long time, our education agents in Pakistan say that Australia is not issuing student visas in Pakistan as they are still deciding on a proper policy for visas, I really suffered as I had to enroll in bachelors in my own country while I wanted to pursue Studies in Australia. Kindly give your feedback on this, i`d really appreciate if you make a video about this, it`ll help alot of students willing to study in Australia.

    Hi Karl, Totally disappointed this time from you for not raising the issue of prioritising offshore candidates instead of skilful onshore candidates which creates extra pressure on limited infrastructure in Australia including housing crisis and also ineligibility of skilled people working in their own occupation to apply EOI in another state baring the state they live and WA. It’s inhumane to bring skilled people from offshore by all the states and territories when we have heaps of skilled people already living and working in Australia in different states and territories. I hope you bring this issue in upcoming video. Thanks for the information as always

      @@ggill2311If those plentiful skilled people onshore had been sufficient for Australia, there wouldn’t have been any skilled shortage. You need to look at dozens of reports compiled by Jobs and Skills Australia. AU needs skilled migrants from offshore. For sure, visa system needs an overhaul. Those skilled onshore people who genuinely study/work should have an easier way to PR over offshore candidates.
      That being said, we all know how plenty of onshore people exploit the system by jumping from a course to another, leave their studies, being permanent Uber driver, which is not in favour of Australia. Genuine skilled offshore candidates can do much better.
      Last but not least, considering retiring boomers, AU needs young blood which is to be imported. At the end, this is a complex issue that requires clever politicians/strategies to solve.
      PS: All onshore migrants were once offshore ;)

    One quick one for you, regardless of the visa I'll state that the visa system in Australia has become a maze.
    Million conditions to throw you off make you seek a way in for PR while using your best years of your life.
    No one will care about you at the end while you pay absolutely the same tax as everyone else but not getting any benefits that the worst donk worthless Aussie will do.
