Realist shit I've seen today 😭. Played 4 games yesterday . All running man cov. With bottleneck, outside/inside shades, universal coverages everywhere, one step ahead. And just pray for blitz to get in 😭😂. None of my route tech WR were getting open. Not to mention they offense is cheese with vanguards everywhere and rpos 😭😂

Shutdown is best ability on DBs I won 6 straight super bowls and have a 9-5 lol mashing god squads also use ring your DT like Randle you can add tremendous pressure
I'm running the 6-1 defense so I got 4dbs with one step ahead and universal and two OLBs with shutdown and medium route KOs lol
@@shabbirali4937 I run a 6-1 as well but my FS and CB has shutdown and SS Troy has universal with revis one step ahead, never tried to OLB with shutdown 🧐 I’ll give it a try when I get home from work.
Shutdown is trash no one runs that. If it was good it would be used

Does route tech or short in elite help, cause practice mode sometimes don’t do abilities justice ?
Route tech doesn’t help as much as you think it should but it still is a must need on every wr on the field including your running back to help increase the chances of just one of your guys getting open. I would say out of the right scheme a rb with route tech or backfield mismatch is probably the most consistent because it’s usually a lb or a db with bad abilities on him, plus the wheel and texas route just abuse man.
