    I recently found some old acetate that I had stashed for presentations. My colour laser printer made some lovely dividers that I then put through my cricut. They say things like today, Monday etc. The bottom of the words are a straight line that have the punched holes in and the tops are cut out. I love that they are so lightweight. I use free canva to design them.

    Hi! I recently found your channel, thanks for the helpful videos! Fellow Moterm addict here. 🙋🏻‍♀️ I found Darice vellum card stock, 50 sheets of 65 lb on Amazon for $7.34. I know I’m late to comment, but maybe this still helps you. Thanks again for the videos!

    Thank you so so much for this! I’m waiting on my first ever Moterm in personal size & Im trying to research paper & all the
    stuff cause I’m totally new to ring planners 🙈 I hope you don’t mind me asking, but do you know if fountain pens work well on the papers you mentioned in the beginning? I know TMR-paper does, but as you said, it would feel too thin in this type of planner.
    Also - I’d love to see a video where you talk about/show how you do to print more than one insert/dashboard at a time. (Or maybe you’ve already done it? 😅🙈). I’m struggling with trying to print pictures & stuff on PVC-transparent sticker paper atm but my printer is just not cooperating the way I’d like 😕

    Btw - I have one more question: which program/s do you use for creating inserts & dashboards? And where did you find those great looking fonts that you used on the vellum spreads?

    Thank you!!!
    1. Where's your portfolio from?
    2. Why do you like rings over discs? You don't mind having to slit every hole with scissors? Just curious!
    (Someone would make a fortune if they design a hold puncher that has slits or a spiral bound puncher that has slits.)

    • @MomYePlans
      @MomYePlans  2 года назад

      Thank you for watching!!! To answer your questions 1) which portfolio were you looking at?? And 2) I think the main reason I prefer rings is I just find that discs don’t turn as easily as rings! But I haven’t tried metal rings and I know that works a lot better but besides that to be honest discs were great! I guess the other thing is that there’s just more sizes to be able to try in rings! Haha
      Thanks so much for watching!!

    This was so helpful! 😊 I’m new to the vellum, do we just put it in our printer as normal? And if we want to put a quote can we make something on canva and it would print directly on it?

    • @MomYePlans
      @MomYePlans  Год назад +1

      Aw thank you! Yes! Vellum is exactly like paper! As long as you don’t get one that’s too thin, if it’s too thin it could jam your printer but other than that yesss you can print on it like how you would with paper!

      @@MomYePlans Thank you so much! I just picked up some vellum from Michaels so am really excited to see how they come out. I also saw they had the recollections acetate, but it was 12x12 size that wouldn’t fit in the printer I really want to try that as well!!

      @@MomYePlans I bought bad printable many times. Have you ever managed to correct them. Specifically, I use a pocket planner as my grab and go. Shops would create printables that print one on a letter sheet. That’s wasteful so they just sit in my Dropbox.
