    Knowing your fondness for the RSV and NRSV, have you heard that in mid-August, the RSV is going to be re-released by Thomas Nelson in their Sovereign Collection. I can't wait! I'm going to pick up a couple of them to go along with my old hard back red cover from seminary and my ordination bible.

    Interesting find! For some common calculations this might have been easier/quicker than a slide rule.

      It gets really helpful with the salary scales in the second half of the book. Especially if you're only making, like, 0.21 cents an hour.

      I had to check... That was just about average pay in 1906! 😮
