hi i know im like 5 months too late but i'm assuming there isn't a studio version because of how personal this is to her, there's a video of her performing this live from like 2013 and she literally started to tear up on stage, so she definitely gets very emotional about it, it is a really good song though. but i did just find something on spotify, its horrible quality because obviously its not a studio version and its just someone posting it as a podcast, but i could send you the link to it if you'd like :) its probably gonna get deleted though

I can relate to Melanie on the "being bullied by her teeth." I have a gap myself, which not so many ppl around me have. I haven't been teased about my gap but I have been teased about my teeth. Ppl would constantly say my teeth were big. and I knee that wasn't true. but because mel decided to keep her perfect imperfection (her gap) I'm going to keep mine too. Idc if ppl say my teeth are big. Atleast when I open my mouth to smile you smile back. Ha. wow, as someone who knew her personally when she lived in baldwin, long island i cant help but laugh. she was the biggest bully literally ever. she called most of my friends "basic" all because they decided to wear matching juicy sweatsuits and they were so embarrassed because they were not the type of girls to stand up for themselves. people definitely made fun of her teeth and called her ugly and people definitely talked trash about her but thats because she was so nasty to everyone she would call everyone trash, sl-ts, wh-res, it was like she had this incredible rage inside her or something. but she had no friends because she was mean. no one wants to be friends with someone so mean.
