Yet, they do exhibit behaviors suggesting that they can sense limb position, don't they? Curios. So, it seems we do have different sensory receptors for weight/force, and not all animals have them or have the same abilities with them.

That is very interesting! I am not familiar with proprioceptors in chimpanzees, but I'll have to look into it
