That reminds me when I rode Coast to Coast Trail myself. Great that you had a vehicle support. It's a nice ride. I have done it both ways, hoping to do it again in further. 👍
Hello, I watched your video from start to finish great job it showed that you guys liked riding the trail kudos to you, wife and friend. We are planning to do the same ride in November 2023 for the first time. Wondering if you’re willing to share detailed map to make our ride as fun as yours also without getting lost on the way. Again great job and keep pedaling
These are the routes for our trip. Day 3 through Richloam to avoid SR 50. Day 1: ridewithgps.com/routes/40856101 Day 2: ridewithgps.com/routes/40856125 Day 3: ridewithgps.com/routes/41117496 Day 4: ridewithgps.com/routes/40856258 Day 5: ridewithgps.com/routes/40856292
You called it "Old railroad bridge over lake Monroe " That bridge was not railroad but cars , US Hwy 17-92 bridge, north into Volusia County was first dedicated in 1934. It served until it was replaced in 1994 with the new cement bridge, The bridge special because it spin to let boats go by
Okay I just added this ride to my. I met list. Tha ms for the video! Also I live in Virginia where the New River flows Northward as well. There may be one other in theUSA, not sure. Thanks again!
Those provide different hand positions and also allow me to ride without being hunched over the bar all day long. This helps with carpal tunnel and lower back issues.
Enjoyed this collection of videos. I've watched them about three times now. I'm planning to do this trail in December. How was the biking from the trail to the hotel in Sanford? This is the only issue I'm having is picking places close to the trail. I have so many IHG points that I try and look for Holiday Inns. But, I will stay anywhere if it's easier and safer to get to. Again, great videos.
We always stayed at a Holliday Inn. They weren't too far from out routes. These are our routes: Day 1: ridewithgps.com/routes/40856101 Day 2: ridewithgps.com/routes/40856125 Day 3 (New): ridewithgps.com/routes/41117496 Day 4: ridewithgps.com/routes/40856258 Day 5: ridewithgps.com/routes/40856292
Thanks! Check out Day 3 we bypassed SR50 and rode Richlome Wildlife Preserve. That was the only area we encountered dirt and some soft sand in spots. Not bad at all. I recommend that route.
@@petermattiace Awesome....I think I am going to go in the opposite direction for my 1st ride. Osteen to Edgewater. I'm a first timer....so have to start slow lol. Love the channel

One of the nicest trails I have seen. Thanks. 😊

Good video. Fun fact. The French Broad River in TN , NC, etc. flows North. Sorry to St.John and Mr. Niles.

Thanks for setting me straight regarding another river flowing north. I didn't know that!
Red River in Minn flows north into Canada.
I would love to know what inside bar ends does the gentleman that is filming have on his bike.

Totally understand. I Like them. You wouldn’t happen to have the name or brand ? I’d love to check them out.

@@petermattiace thank you so much. Love the video series.
Possible UFO at the 12:30 mark but it's probably just aircraft

Hi, Really appreciate your video. well done!! Does all the trial (in your 5 days) was all with pavement? Thanks

@@petermattiace Thanks for the info. Very appreciate. I would really like to do this in next January. Thanks again. !!
Hey there...great videos. How long did the 1st let from Titusville to Sanford take?
Hi! We started around 10am stopping for lunch and ended around 3 pm

What brand / model of bikes were used
I was riding a Niner air nine Hardtail. Bonnie was riding a trek FX 6 sport. And Kevin was riding a Salsa cutthroat.
How many miles was this ride?
This one section was about 50 miles
Hello my friend. How many miles was that ride and how long did it take ?
250 miles in 5 days. If I was to do it again I would do it in 4 days straight since 60 miles a day is very doable
@@petermattiace Hey Pete, I was referring to Titusville to Sanford also Titusville to Osteen... Thanks
@@docmiller7941 Titusville to Ostend was around 31 miles and Titusville to Sanford was around 45 miles
