You don't have to create macros for those commands, you can go to the "SPECIAL" on the KEYMAP menu and select the key "Any". That key allows you to write the combination you want for example the Mask combination is C(G(KC_M)) and the Hide/Unhide is LSG(KC_E) and these combinations work on Mac 😊

Yeah that’s true, I did have these keys as well but again anything that requires me to look it up every time I want to change is not ideal.

Hi there, I really agree with your approach and make it simpler from the beginning, thanks for the content. I was wondering if you have a tutorial on how to set up the nob for re arrange layers or increase number (nudge).. i am a bit stuck there 😅

ha, thanks!! I just made the nob to control the [ and ] keys. That would rearrange the layers.

So from what I read and saw in another video, you can have layers for the micro pad so that 12 keys become 36 (or 48) I think there are 4 layers. You can change layers by clicking the smiley thing on the keypad and layers can be set using the via on top left you can see 0,1,2,3 layers

yes you can, but the only indicator to tell which "layer" you're on is the tiny LED next to the smiley face. It's not exactly easy to tell which layer you're on when your focus is on the screen. I almost never have to take my eyes off the screen, and when you have to think which layer you're on constantly it doesn't simplify my workflow.

Yep that tracks and totally makes sense 👍

Seems deceptive that it's not Bluetooth :( Really can't believe it's not in 2024 ESPECIALLY with all their photos and renders being wireless.

I know right! It's literally the only thing on my desk that isn't wireless. although i'm starting to find more use for it... but the effort of plugging in and a wire is just off putting. AND it's expensive!!

Hey UxBlueprint ! I loved this video . I work with entrepreneurs like you who have under 10k subscribers to help them to grow to 100k subscribers in under 12 months with proper systems . I actually helped Chirag to achieve 92k subscribers in under 11 months . Could I do a free audit to see if I can help you do the same ? I just think it's really important that more people see your content and want to help you on that mission .
