This was one of the most crankin Benny tapes.....When he had Jungle Boogie Mike and Godfather that was the most cranking Benny tapes....I aint sayin the Elmo tapes didn't crank here or there but Benny with the veterans guaranteed a crankin show. And if you know anything about Congas I think Jungle Boogie had went back to playing on four Tumbadoras instead of two Tumbas and two junior congas (gonbops) . Man Benny is def missed ....I wish sumbody wud start talkin bout who is da Mic GOAT out of DC...
I had some of the baddest and devastating PA tapes of Rare Essence E.U. and Lil Benny and the Masters back in the day, but when I moved out of South East D.C. I gave them to my PCP smoking 🚬 🙃 friends in Valley Green and Wallah place. I wish I had them down here in Texas 🤔
@MrMrwages Thankfully,we have the internet. You might have to work a little, but you might be able to find many of the tapes. Probably some partial, but you can get some of them back.
