That’s exactly what I was trying to explain, Alberta’s criteria is minimum based point of 300, now if you are meeting 300 crs , and if you get job offer From an Alberta employer, that’s make 350 points , you will get invitation from Alberta. This is just an example how people will get preference if they have less points but strong ties to Alberta. If you have 700 points, you can get ITA easily under EE system, In Atlantic program, you can definately apply however, you need job offer from designated employer which seems difficult compare to ITA in EE

in some situation its possible to get PNP with your out of province Studies,(specially in AINP express entry stream after one year expereince in Canada) but this is again noting certain and more about case specific

You will certainly have some chances, however in video I mentioned that there are mire than 130000 profile in Express entry pool between Crs Score 300 to 450, and AINP issue 200 to 300 invitations in two weeks, so big completion and lots of uncertainty, however remain in pool is always important as we don’t know whenever we get an opportunity….All the best

If you get nomination, that means you got 600 points and you received ITA under express entry and submit complete application for PR through express entry in August 2021. In normal circumstances it should take 6 months however due to covid 19 and Afghan crisis, Outland processing time is not certain, so it may take longer, I have similar cases going on submitted feb 2021, but still not heard anything. So wait for their decision, you may some reply this year hopefully
